WHUH is a channel I made up for kicks and giggles. My sister is fond of old TV sign offs, and she wanted to make one for my fake channel. She did, and I redid it (I wanted to make the commercials a bit more uniform, like from the same year). And if you're wondering why WHUH as the call letters? 1. I'm from the Washington, DC area, hence the W as the starter. And 2. My sister has a habit of zoning out and when she zones back in again, she'll look at you and say, "huh?"
