Correct that video was from the day I was at the exhaust shop…it’s a straight pipe back from the primary cats. (Secondary cats/resonator/mufflers all gone) and the real exhaust tips do make a difference as well in tone. Hope that helps!

Thanks for clarifying. I have a Joe Z catback with Takeda intake currently on my F, and debating if I want to delete the mufflers or not.

I actually talked about this in the video, it was from Canada so that was the cheapest cluster to put in at DOT. I have an ISF cluster now.

It all comes down to price which you can afford, but there’s no speed difference in between the three models really if anything the ISF is the most capable because it’s the smallest

You’re right, I misspoke. Something about the original F is just magic 🪄…. I will say though cars have been getting heavier and heavier but performance has been increasing as well. The cars I hope to purchase in the future are all over 4,000lbs😅 so they’ll need the power they can make.

@@isfdubs yeah it’s getting crazy. The new M2 is almost 4k pounds and that’s their smallest performance car lol. Nice ISF by the way. I’ve never had a chance to drive one but I’m sure it’s sweet

Those test 1/4 mile time by C&D does not tell the whole story since RCFs bone stock have done 12.4 - 12.5 seconds and there is a video on it on the E.Kanoo channel. With 472 HP vs 416 HP, Power to weight ratio is still heavily in favor of the RCF of 8.4 lbs/HP vs 9.2 lbs/HP. RCF's chassis rigidity due to a lot more reinforcements added a lot of weight and it is a roughly 200 lbs difference. Stock vs stock, RCF is faster by 5 - 6 car lengths if the race was up to 130+ mph RCF's 0 - 150 mph is 23.2 seconds according to C&D and the ISF 0 - 150 mph was 25.2 seconds. My personal Dragy 60 - 130 mph is in the 10 seconds range with only a couple of bolt ons. Anyway, where the real difference is, around the track where RCF with all things being equal (same driver, same conditions etc.), would put down 2 - 3 seconds faster such as, Tsukuba circuit with Best Motoring.

You also gotta remember rcf is mid/fat while isf is a small sedan Easier to drive/ mobility

@@RDawgs The length and width is within an inch of each other. RCF looks wider especially in the rear because of the smaller cabin/long hood with wide fender flares/wheels/tires and low roofline. It gives an exaggerated look of width. RCF measures 185 inches and ISF is 184 inches. RCF is 72.6 inches wide and ISF is 71.5 inches. Height wise RCF is almost 2 inches lower than the ISF at 54 inches vs 56 inches. I own an IS350 F-Sport as well. In tight spots, I don't particularly see any significant difference in terms of ease of maneuvering. RCF steering in SPORT+ is a lot stiffer and heavier, though.

@@isfdubs I have an isf I know how the oem steering wheels looks and they don’t look like that! I wish they did lol. Maybe you bought the car with the wheel already installed by someone else🤷🏼‍♂️

@@ruslanvarenik6558 it’s the same steering that’s been in my car every video. If you look at the steering wheel you’re talking about you’ll notice it’s not my purple ISF but an entirely different ISF. No one changed my steering wheel.

and i try to shift at 7k rpm from ur video i should know how to shift how i do tt bro

If you have an ISF 1st gear is best for a 40 rolls but you can’t shift to 1st unless you’re going like 20mph, 2nd is okay but it’ll take a second run up RPMs

What does that have to do with an ISF. And an IS250 is slow af. Anything new would feel much faster.

Literally was until the last video I posted documenting me modifying it. All these videos were recorded in 2023. I wasn’t FBO tuned until 2 weeks ago May 2024. If you’re interested check out the video. I wouldn’t make a car channel and not documenting the modifications that would be counter productive. thanks for watching and leaving a comment.

@@isfdubs if they are different from stock and add even the slightest amount of hp (as little mods do with v8’s) it isn’t stock.

I’ve explained in several videos (including this one) why the 250 cluster was in the car. The cars just from Canada. What you described would’ve costed 10x as much as the real reason. Thanks for watching, buddy.

The ISF, being the first F model kind of makes it more legendary the RCF is a huge vehicle for a two door

@Toyota4Life I live my ISF but that doesn't mean it's faster than an RCF when they have the same mods.

I was exaggerating a bit but still have to make fun of the RCFs lol …I’ve seen FBO races between the two go both ways depending on the tune/driver I will say maxed out the RCF being able to run full E85 would make a difference in the long run if every variable lined up correctly. I’d love to own all 3 Fs one day😁

@@isfdubs There are E85 tuned RCFs now. Tuned by Loi RCF made 480 whp with E85 and did a 60 - 130 mph in 10.1 seconds with full weight etc. Cheers!
