why and when a doctor without seeing a patient can be held negligent/law and doctor/medicolegal case 

medical negligence where a patient came to the hospital with MI and doctor on duty saw and refused to admit the patient in the emergency due to non availability of bed in ICCU and did not informed cardiologist so was not seen by the cardiologist and after some time the patient died alleging the medical negligence and what court observed and what all inferred.
