Very good topic. I am almost of same opinion. At these prices new cars are out of reach of common buyer. Used car market is hit by inflation / high txation effectee people. So… grim situation at the moment

The reason is abnormal price demands... whcih is extremely highy..... 15 lac ki garhi li 1 lac kilometer chlae or phir 25 26lac demand chal rhi ha.... kia chal rha ha.... agar dollar term me b dekhen to 2015-16 me city was around 15K USDs 6-years chla li 90k to 100k kms or us k baad b aap 13-15K USDs demand kr rhy hn... isn't it crazy

Very good content honestly, I think main reason is price of used cars nowadays. People are asking 22-23 Lac for Civic Reborns and extremely high prices for their cars even though condition is very average. I think it's better that this thing is happening, used cars will get cheap which is a good thing ultimately. FYI, Zohaib bhai's demand is decent for a Revo given it had 9.1/10 rating, don't know why it isn't selling.

But no one quoted that the "Over VALUED PRICES, OVER ESTIMATED SALE/PURCHASE, OVER VALUED BOOKING & Over DEMAND PRICES" are the main Determinants of the Collapsed Market. Thousand of Billion RS has Stuck up due to STAGNATION. It is all out come of Greed & VESTED INTEREST.

The 2.8 GD revo price is 72 and you sad ka apki 2017 3.0 revo 72 mein nahi bik rahi.

Plots are also not selling easily. Overall stagnation.
