Got Thom's book some years: "Effective Evangelistic Churches", and I learnt a lot about what made churches researched in the book successful.

When the church makes disciples who makes disciples it grows. There are a variety of spiritual levels and these must be addressed and led to reproduce themselves, If children can share the gospel then so can adults.

Without the Acts 2:38 plan of salvation and the believe in the Bibles absolute truth you won't be able to have the impact Jesus had on people.
