Agreed. Think the only purpose for them is aero dynamics, I can't see that it will add much to the range, I don't know that but I ques every bit adds up.

I was wondering why people were trying to offroad with those crappy tires. I didn't realize they were custom to the CyberTruck. Something else Tesla didn't need to "re-invent" to be worse. Slap some Firestone Destination or BF All Terrains on there if you can.
How is it different then any other stupid decisions of vehicles people buy. You don’t need a Corvette, you don’t need a Hellcat, you don’t need a Porsche 911, you don’t need an F-150 Raptor. People still buy them anyway because they want them. What people want is powerful. Besides nobody even uses their vehicles to their max potential anyway so why should it matter.
Worth money if you have it with a low mile truck down the road but even then it’s a shitty electric truck that won’t last as long as the plastic hub caps
