WHY are Video Games THIS CHEAP @ Walmart?!

nothing wrong with a PS3 but it does make you feel old when it's someone else's first.

for me PS3 era is my post college descent back to video game addiction I was too drunk in college to have time for past freshman year

I hate these kinds of resellers to make things overpriced and why so many sellers are leaving eBay because of slow sales

@@Earthling247 Most digital game sales on PC, get them extremely cheap, and most console games are on PC. I'm glad consoles are at least making a effort, as they are always OVER PRICED.. Glad I gave up console collecting at xbox 360/ps4. Only good unique console would be nintendo if everything. Also you have to take note, that publishers that are selling these games at the "standard price" 5-30. .

@@koilamaoh4238 There's no such thing as PC collecting. Only PC borrowing. Valve is a privately owned company right now so they don't answer to fiduciary duty, and yet they already banned some Russian dude (like full ban, incl losing games not just chat/forums) for shitposting. When they go private it will be way worse. And of course all the other giants have straight up said you're only borrowing the privilege to play the game, not owning it. At least on consoles you can still buy physical copies.

@@Rspsand07 drm free games and "gog" do exist, which you can backup yourself and archive, and use with any oS . WHich I have a lot of. You can also go the dubious route..I troll steam forums a lot, and youtube lol still here, I usually go against the majority of the demographic. Gaming/watching tv/reading on 3 monitors.. PC soo flexible Steam is only good for the generic typical AA games. ALready had steam for a good 15+ years with no issue. Eventually I'll give up on games all together, when I get more older. I'm not a avid gamer as I used to be. Consoles kinda suck, as hardware will ruin over time and or die out. Becomes more harder to replace and more expensive vs PC. Lost like 3 ps2's :( and 1 xb360

I totally did the same thing! I bought two copies of Monkey Ball (to give one to my nephew), a $5 Xbox game, found DreamWorks Kart Racing for $10, Sonic Mania+Team Racing for $20 and Ring Fit for $30 (got this one for myself). I don't plan on reselling, but even if I did there's no margin anymore. The eBay market is now flooded with all of these games. I did want Harvest Moon but sadly my store didn't have any.

Right, like getting deals from a multi billion dollar company and complaining that small business is going to make a $5 profit on each game really makes you cry about it?

Because it's hard to find things. You know, time. You can say the same about coins, antiques.

Because people have needs. They have children...they want to make a few bucks, nothing wrong with hustling and making some money...They buy low and sell high, can't blame em! They aren't forcing anyone to buy anything.

Go Digital, Don't worry it won't be worth anything in the future. Just buy new games will get expensive buying physical.

its kinda funny to consider this as Wal Mart advertising. definitely a bad look to let their customers know they sourced from there and upsell their finds. but there's a lot to appreciate your local shops for. way more personality than big department retail. they host events and bring the locals together on their passions rather than soulless capitalism. everybody needs to make a buck, just hope they keep it fair.
