Owaisi said, refugees must go back once the conditions in their country is restored. Pakistan stoping the persecution of minorities is a utopic reality. Also art 14 enables reasonable classification based on "intelligible differentia" i.e persons grouped together must be distinguished from persons left out, since minorities in the countries ipso facto called minorities for the very reason this condition is valid. Another condition is the basis of classification and objectives achieved by the act must have a nexus between them, which is also true, although "religious persecution" is no where mentioned in the act and it is not needed to be mentioned so as to make it verbose and arguments of the minister and objectives of the act can be held valid to understand this backdrop. Another crucial fact is the one who is attacking the act on the basis of art 14 needs repudiate the fact that classification is unreasonable or the nexus doesn't exist at all. In other words onus lies on that person to prove there is no persecution of minorities in said countries in the act which is once again not true. Hence art 14 is not violated ! The fact that other sects of muslims i.e ahamadiyas and balochs are also persecuted but not given a chance in this act amounts a sectarian persecution which is different from religious persecution which vehemently targets the said minorities in the said countries.
