Did everyone forget that Batman built the Final Batsuit with Element X and the smarts to even trick and outsmart characters such as Spectre, Darkseid, Phantom Stranger, World Forger, or Orion? Hell, he even has lantern rings and magical objects in case he needs them, and if he dies, there is a machine that clones him and gives him all the memories and skills of the dead himself to continue fighting no matter what, he has access to element X and can call Bat-Mite? Intelligence is not only about creating nonsensical sci-fi stuff, but also about deducing, outsmarting, improvising, and planning, while Iron Man may be a better engineer, Batman is by far a wider genius. And yes, it has no sense, yes, Batman is just a human, yes, he has plot armor, but so do practically all comic characters, for example, those armors from Iron Man are sheer BS, he is just a human too. So that is no argument to make against Batman. Also, multiversal variants of Batman have by far greater feats than Ironman ones, showing that Batman is a greater menace if he wants to.

Under certain circumstances Batman has defeated SUPERMAN and he has defeated DARKSEID (though through trickery not brute force) and he has made armor suits designed to take on the Justice League including Superman.

No, the suit with the power cosmic makes everything you just said irrelevant. As well as both version of the armor that fights celestials. Power cosmic is basically a plot device in marvel for them to just make ridiculous things happen. Celestials are higher dimensional beings. Think darkseid true form and that’s technically how they work. The armor that you see is just a shell that holds their energy that exist on a higher plane. Tony’s ability to exist on that level of fighting puts Batman to shame

Every member of the justice league has an almost clear definable weakness to exploit. That rarely happens in marvel. His only course of action is to get past Tony’s tech. Which he’s just straight up not gonna out tech him

Compare the typical Avengers roster to the typical Justice League roster, it’s not even close. Superman alone can solo the entirety of the avengers. Iron man can’t fight on the same level as Batman without his suit. Downplaying Batman because “he’s a guy in a suit” is a mistake. Probably the same mistake Iron man would make. Batman doesn’t need prep time for every fight as he has a vast amount of experience. He’s taken down the likes of Cyborg who is infused with alien tech Batman doesn’t even fully understand. He’s taking down Iron man, like Batman always does: Cold, Calculated, and Efficiently.

The issue with these fights is that, as a massive Batman fan… a comic book counterpart almost ALWAYS has prep time. Because he’s literally untouchable for the writers the vast majority of the time, more often than not, a few seconds prep time and Iron Man would be toast. You may not like it, but the character is written that way very often. Because he’s Batman.

Batman has the intellect to match AND the tactics. Tony does not equal both. If he did he’d be as glazed about as Batman. So yes, a general justice league version of Batman generally needs very, very little time to exploit and act on a weakness. And Tony isn’t really observant. He’s too impulsive to utilise his prep to the same degree

Of the two of them, stark is likely the one to underestimate Bruce since he will just see a dude in a bat costume. While iron man always learns from his mistakes and doesn't make the same mistake twice, he doesn't need to here. I still give iron man the edge but I don't think it's a blowout. I also don't think any of their respective comically overpowered and frankly absurd armors are worth discussing as on am average day, neither are wearing their god level armors
