My opinion, not a big deal, she won in a battle royal. That's nothing "special." Look at some of the winners of the Andre the Giant Battle Royal. No big deal. She'll end up putting someone over when she drops it which will do much more than if she beat someone to get it. If Liv won, for example, people would say "who did she beat?" She won a battle royal, big whoop. I think it's the right move if she puts a younger talent over.

Becky winning serves two purposes. One is being a credible transitional champion that can elevate Liv with credibility when she eventually wins. The second is incentivizing Becky to resign with WWE.

I think it’s a bad decision because she has reached a point where she no longer needs a title to make her a star because she is already one. Liv Morgan on the other hand is slowly getting more popular and can open up a lot of new feuds in her second reign. I still hate Liv finisher though.

These Internet Wrestling Fans will never understand what is best for business. Triple H ain't an idiot so he knows what he is doing perfectly but short-sighted Internet Wrestling Fans started to boo Becky and dislike her only because she took the title to put Liv over herself. That's what she did with NXT rising stars, Bianca and Rhea. She was a megastar and may be the most over woman ever in WWE but she didn't use it to abuse her popularity instead she is using that opportunity to elevate other younger talents.

I don’t think Becky winning was the right decision simply because if Liv is going to dethrone her and gain credibility, but just end up losing to Rhea probably a few weeks later. Just so we are clear, Becky is doing the same thing that people accuse Charolette of. Also Bianca would’ve done that without Becky cause she’d already beaten Charolette. Lyra won the title off Becky but the fans don’t bring that up, RU-vidrs do. And it went right back to Roxanne. And Battle Royals can make a champ feel valid, Kurt angle may have been a former WWE champion but that was like the 90s early 2000s hadn’t touched gold in a minute. That WHC win solidified the wrestling machine.

Its not that hard to argue against Charlotte flair won the title 14 times so anyone complaining about Becky winning it literally half the times that Charlotte has won It is ridiculous

It was the right decision after Rhea has carried it for a year even though her rain has not been the best she is elevated that title to great heights and to take all of her work and put it on Morgan who is of mid-carder in the women's division with devalue the title and would in some ways negate a lot of the hard work that Ripley has put into making that title actually means something. I don't like Becky at all I was really hoping after WrestleMania 40 that she and her husband would go away for three to six months but looking at that raw women's division I couldn't see anyone besides her or maybe even Nia getting it being able to help keep the titles prestige anyone else on that roster including Morgan put hurt that title.

Nah Becky winning was the right move. Liv winning a 1v1 title match against Becky puts her over more than winning a battle royal.

Becky Lynch is an automatic turn the tv off for me. She’s just as overrated as can be. I never got the hype. I don’t care much for women’s wrestling in general but certainly there was someone else who could’ve won at maybe an ATTEMPT to do something different and create a new star.

Becky is absolutely the right woman to hold the championship after Rhea's relinquishment. After Rhea's one year dominant run you need someone real legitimate and credible to wn the belt. That's either Becky or Charlotte (if she was available). Liv Morgan is still not ready and not upto that level. She really has to amp up her game. At this juncture when WWE is firing on all cylinders, in-ring work and looking the part of a credible champion absolutely matters. Anytime I look at the likes of Liv or Alexa I don't see a champion material. Barely 5 foot tall weighing 100lbs barbie doll lookalike cosplaying as wrestler. Liv really need to put on 25 - 30 lbs and look somewhat credible like Mildred Burke. Muscular yet feminine who can kick anyone's a$$. Becky seems to be the transitional champion till Rhea's return or Liv is ready. The fans outraging online over Becky's win are far worse than Vince. Vince was culpable for short-term horrid booking and story telling. None of it made any sense. The fans are way worse. They immediately want to put the title on someone they like and take it off once they win it. Their fantasy booking is someone booking on LSD. Just leave it to the grown-ups who knows what they're doing and stfu. Liv has to wait her turn and it should be as late as possible until she proves herself as a real worthy contender.

I didn't have a problem Becky winning the title. It was more when and how that didn't have me buy deeply into it. Just saying instead of a battle royal they could've done a tournament and the final two gets to battle for the belt at Backlash. Or if they did want to decide through multiple at once then maybe in a ladder match.

Prior to Becky's recent title victory, she had not held either of the main roster's top women's titles since Mania 38. She had not COMPETED for either of them since SummerSlam 2022 prior to Mania 40. The Women's World Championship only came into existence last year. Ever since she returned from injury in late 2022, she has either put over or helped elevate-or tried to help elevate-Bayley, Trish, Zoey Stark, Tiffany, Lyra Valkyria, Tegan Nox, Xia Li, Nia, and recently Rhea Ripley. It's ridiculous that she gets compared to Charlotte when she spent more time without a championship and put more people over in an entire year than Charlotte has throughout her WWE career. Liv's time will come. Her fanbase needs to stop being so whiny and impatient.

Say Becky is your favorite and you did a 9 minute video to defend her, without saying it. 💀

Anyone else just burnt out on Becky? Nia Jax made her famous on accident but the last 2 yrs show me that she is OVER RATED!! Boring, predictable and stale. but for me the worst thing I dislike about Becky is her voice, dam it's so annoying. Becky would be a lower to mid card draw if it wasn't for NIA JAX breaking her nose on live tv. Yes she was great in NXT, but there is so many wrestlers that don't get that draw when they hit Raw/Smackdown. Reason is NXT is a small, localized crowd as where RAW/SMackdown are world wide so the Viewership pool is outside of the local drunks at nxt.
