There’s this common belief amongst MomBosses I speak to that motherhood and entrepreneurship are at a constant tug of war.
That if you are a successful business owner, you can’t be a successful Mom.
That motherhood and business are at battle with each other - and you’re always caught in the crossfires.
This belief is toxic. It’s unproductive. And most of all - it’s FALSE.
In fact, the complete opposite is true.
Life at home and work are actually mutually reinforcing. They're in synergy, not conflict.
However, there's a condition. This only works if you're a Good Mompreneur who builds the necessary skills, systems and team to allow this power to play out.
