I’m with Dr. Sowell, I have noticed that people will run over one another for a job promotion, or money, …..and that a supervisor or hiring department would hire a poisonous cobra 🐍 as a customer complaint receptionist , if it led to a tax break, or they don’t want customers to complain. A private business, in most cases, is profit driven, the boss will use the most efficient capital resources he can get his greedy hands on! And that’s a good thing for everyone as long as there are no monopolies and everyone has access to the greedy banks for loans by the greedy business entrepreneurs! So in conclusion, as long as everyone is a greedy s.o.b , but they all have access to loans and the government stays out of the way….things work out… and customers get what they want!❤🐍🐍🐍🐍. I love Dr. Sowell, he totally gets it!

There's maybe ten black people in my community and I believe they're all men. I'm friends with three of them and they work good jobs and do well for themselves. They're also some of the most appreciative and humble people I've ever met. They talk about how they were scared shitless to move here, but they got a job offer they applied for online and they had to get away from where they were at. If these three, two are from Detroit area and one is from Chicago. They managed to stay away from drugs and gangs, but they were treated pretty horribly by their own people. They were scared to move here because it was mostly white people and there were trump flags and signs all over. They were moving to a sea of racism! Turns out they've never had any instances of discrimination or racism since they've been here and have never been happier in life. When they talk about the community they left, no joke, they're the most racist people I've heard towards their own kind. Racism isn't as much of a race issue as it is a culture issue is what they've taught me.
