Due to his background as a pharmacist, Niraj saw first-hand that medications often don't work at resolving the root cause of the problem. What's worse they cause unpleasant side-effects and a need for more medication to temper these.
His search for alternative methods to improve health led him to uncover ancient holistic methods.
Today, in particular, we get a chance to talk about the pranayama breathing technique and how we can use our breath to change our physiology.

I really enjoyed this interview with Niraj as he shared some practical tips and demonstrated a breathing technique anyone can implement today for stress and anxiety management. I also find particularly useful him explaining the science behind why these ancient breathing techniques work.

I've been doing the Wim Hoff method (breathing followed by cold shower) for 3 months and it helps amazingly well.

Very informative presentation. But when Niraj started mentionning about the Gpods and what it was in Ancient Time, this is all speculation to me. Nevertheless, I'll dig into his breathing info, doing mhy best to not get caught in the mumbo jumbo fantasy of the past

Wish more had been said about the breath / vagus nerve connection. BTW, in the video with Sadhguru at the IMA International Management conclave, he mentions how taking a deep breath while sitting and having the hands palm down vs palm up, will cause the diaphragm to expand vs higher up in the chest?! I couldn't feel the difference (See around the 44m mark). Coach PJ Nestler, also has a good short video on how to fix your breath in 2 minutes!

beata høst yes he is rubbing his nose a lot like his mind is split seconds remembering intense situations...it’s asking him to comfort him,..
