I want Dr. Hendricks to be normal all the time :b Seriously though, thanks for making these topics. We men of a certain age have no "owners manual" for why these changes are happening. As I hit my late 40s and 50s, I've found that I have less sensitivity and (while I can and do achieve and hold an erection) I have found it takes much longer for me to get to the point of ejaculation. This wasn't a problem when I was younger, and I wish more older men felt comfortable telling younger men (that are getting older) that these changes will occur with age.

Thank you for your informative videos, I really enjoy them, maybe you can touch on why the testicles are so itchy vs a yeast infection, I have had the yeast infection before and it is not fun, my right testicle seems to be itchy all the time, when I was younger both testicles were itchy maybe once a month, didn't really notice as much as now in my 60's. I do use jock itch cream which helps but I was wondering the ways to prevent yeast infections other than the usual hygiene and proper clothes. Thanks again.

Im 64. Sildenafil really made the difference. I've been experiencing loss of firmness for years but finally after surgery and being on alot of meds I told my doctor I was having ED and libido loss and he gave me the sildenafil. He said it won't change libido, but having a nice hard dick again made its own libido! I'm also changing everything possible about my diet and exercise...being told that they didn't think you would make it when they brought you into the operating room really gives you focus.
