I feel like nobody ever talks about trauma that doesn’t come from a dramatic incident so hearing that other people have dealt with performance/mindset trauma is so helpful. Thank you for sharing!!

The majority of people are affected by unhealed trauma in some way. Learning to understand the patterns we carry today, tools to release the emotions tied up, and bringing God into it have brought me freedom from the past. I pray God guided you to the same place.
