I think mermaid and angel's unique animations are the best in the game, I wanna get a lvl 99 of both, even if their uniques are underpowered for late game

Once the battle starts he puts you on a timer, 6 turns to take out any of his allies, if you fail he will use Gaea Rage which is a game over, every Quarter of Hp you take from him (15k) he will use Chaotic Will, he will always focus the most recently summoned demon with Deadly Fury, you have to always buff and debuff cause everyone in his team and i mean everyone has dekunda and dekaja, i was streaming when i saw i believe Cu Chulain use dekaja when he doesn’t have it in his available moves, if there’s no buffs on the field they’ll Debilitate and spam Megidolaon,

@@sociallyawkard5675 have you played lucifer on devil survivor ? demi fiend relies on his demon allies on the other hand, lucifer on (devil survivor) can solo wipe 4 MC at the same time, each MC have 2 demon, essentially wiping 12 party member

@@donschaero7042 yes i have,demifiend is harder,demifiend requires rng to 1.have pixie drain her magic in a certain time limit or else she casts recarmdra,2. You can't bring resistances,3. one of those spells pixie will cast is dormina which YOU NEED TO GET HIT BY OR YOU LOSE,with the null sleep passive you dodge all spells when asleep allowing you to dodge Demifiends scripted instant kill Gaea Rage, all of this needs to be done to down the demifiend,Lucifer can be manipulated due to him casting certain shit, with luck you can skip an entire phase due to his hassohappa reflection,plus you can delay his turn with recarm which instantly makes who's revived go next in the turn order,demifiend is harder

A trick to not get Chaotic Will as often is to be weak, neutral or resist (which is the objective better choice) Phys, since he will opt for those attacks instead

Repel and drain and block physical is cheesy and cringe against demifiend.

actually it's better to use 'resist physical' as it will mean he uses Friekrugel a lot less

Yep, he knows Nahobino have at least Null phys, so he'll only use Freikugel, or Chaotic Will if he wanted to. For Girimehkala and Pixie they're probably just being a dick

To be fair, Demi-fiend can use Gaea Rage to pierce his "Null Phys", although that'd be overkill if the player doesn't have whittled goat and Enduring Soul.

Demi-Fiend's team is a Greatest Hits list of notable Nocturne demons. Cu Chulainn, Arahabaki and Parvati could only be obtained through evolving certain weaker demons, a process many players would have spent hours grinding. The Girimekhala you purchase in the Amala Labyrinth is the only demon in the game that gets Pierce, Cerberus is a notable character in the major quest where Demi-Fiend gets his extra turn, and then there's his oldest friend, Pixie. All in all, the devs showed their work.

In my experience with the fight, after he uses Mediarahan, Chaotic Will enters his regular movepool as a less common move, however he still uses it at every 25%. Him using it at each 25% does not count towards the five of his press turns until he uses Gaea Rage, but if he selects it randomly as a normal move, It does.

@@coolperson677 actually no. Demi fiend use it two times has a punishment for skipping is mediaharan, its basically its simply to fuck you over.

@@kumasama2449 in my testing runs I never skipped mediarahan, post him healing it just becomes one of his normal moves (I think I mentioned it before but I consider it a "normal" move because it is used with seemingly no pattern, and counts towards gaea rage while the uses that are incremental with his health do not). Though i ended up beating him without doing the mediarahan skip so he could also very well use it twice to punish you in that case.

@@coolperson677 ow well i did alot of attempts on the demi fiend, and beated it on normal difficulty while doing a mediaharan skip and then did attempts without it. I clearly noticed a pattern where he would use it after using mediaharan without skips but just once, then at 25% of his health, then 50, 75 and then done. But for me i think its more linked to the amount of turns you take than the damages he receives but its only my theory on the matter.

I mean we’re pretty friggin stacked at level 99. If you were to be able to have the same amount of health as other enemies or, in demifiend’s case *60 fucking thousand.* the game imo would feel waaaay too easy. Shiva wouldn’t even be able to do that much damage in one hit. And he’s the second hardest fight in the whole game
