Cardi fans arent the problem, its her and her attitude towards releasing music at this point in her career because shes worried how it will be received and if itll be successful

Saying Cardi was rushed is just an excuse. It’s been 6 years. The second album should’ve came after 2-3 years. Shes being rushed now cause it took 6 years.

cardi has consistently shown she has an issue with criticism for some reason. I can understand it being frustratingly being a celebrity and having everything you do be heavy criticized but at the end of the day that's what comes with being a Grammy award winning rapper. cardi tends to act like she's the only artist that ever gets talked about in a negative light and it's annoying. even going back to the met gala look. plenty of other celebrities got dragged way worse then she did yet none of them went off on social media like she did.

Cardi B needs to realize that every artist drops songs that do not chart successful. Beyonce, Rihanna, and Adele and many other huge artists have dropped songs and albums that do not do that well. I do not understand why Cardi is so focused on numbers so much, when she began she was carefree and that is the Cardi everyone wants back. She needs to focus on her craft and stop searching her name on social media spaces only to wind up scaring herself more and becoming more obsessed with everyone's opinion, whether it is good or bad. If she can do that she will be good. And P.S. I get that she is busy, but at the same time many other artists are busy too. And six years is a lot, especially after she stated many times that the album was already done years ago.

Before the brand deals, we wanted her personality and music. Nobody asked for whip shots, her pregnancies, countless features, or vogue covers. We didn’t ask for a Facebook series or cooking videos with the food dude (whatever his name is). Her fans have been consistent in what they’ve expected of her. Don’t blame the Fanbase for why your self esteem has depleted because they were gassing you to keep going through it all. AND Cardi has never done a tour. Why? How? The buzz around her musically is fading and she’s a damn fool for allowing it to happen. She’s so arrogant and big headed now that she really believes she can keep this up and continue being a massive success in music. But we all see her numbers and the numbers of those coming up behind her. Eventually the delusion has to subside.

shoulda released the album a month or two after UP. literally had two number 1 hits. that wouldve solidified a successful sophmore album, even if nothing else popped, and then she couldve toured in early 2022 post pandemic. it might be too late now, because the shock value of WAP is gone, and the UP sound is becoming dated.

if we are being fr and not sugarcoating this situation- cardi and her label are scared her album will flop, her last actual hit was Up in 2021 and since then she has mostly been just hopping on hot songs to remix her songs are flopping and she knows that, dhe should have released that album in 2021 right after Up but she didnt for whatever reason she is clearly not passionate about music and is falling way behind in the industry my predicition is that dhe will release the album in the next year or so, it will underperform (at least for her standards) and for there on out she will slowly fade into obscurity in the music industry- she might play smart and use her image for bussines deals or maybe reality tv show stardom, but i just dont see her doing much musically

If releasing a full album is too much, what if she just dropped EPs of 10 or less songs consistently instead? Album releases come with a lot of pressure in the form of expectations, live performances, touring, etc. I think she should scale everything down. People might be receptive to her doing a select live shows after dropping a meaningful EP... and maybe if she drops another one after that like 6 to 8 months later, she can use the two for a small tour.

Bardi Gang has been beyond patient, understanding and supportive of Cardi when it comes to her missing sophomore album. It’s time for her to hold up her end of the bargain at the very least, release an EP. They be fighting for their lives in the stan wars with very little music material to defend. Cardi keeps missing so many opportunities to segue these collabs into her own projects. She’s insecure and instead of going under the knife all the time, she needs to get on someone’s therapist couch.

There is no second album if only you know how her contract works , she signed for 5 years now 6 and on top of that it doesn't take 6 years to make another album.

The thing is that Cardi creates her problems herself. Criticism will be there no matter what you did girl, you must ignore it. Put down your phone and a lot of it becomes less and less real. I think the one thing does good is that she quite consistently releases collaborations with other people, but she needs to release full projects too. In 2020-2021 she has WAP and Up going for herself, this was perfect moment to drop the album. In her place i wouldn´t care and the exact day Up went number 1 i would announce CB2. Literally a short 10 tracks album would be enough. You must have at least 8 more songs that you like in the vault somewhere so just put it them out. And now she´s doing it again. Girl i get it there´s a huge rap beef going on but if you don´t release now you´re done because once these 2 release albums it´s going to be only about them. Use that little time you are given and give people what they want.
