I’m wondering if this exercise would work for individuals with excessive head forward posture? I suffer from Ankylosis Spondylitis and have some non surgical fusion in my spine and neck. When I say excessive head forward, I’m talking about 6” - 8”. When I stand heels against the wall or try to lie flat on the ground, 6 - 8 inches is how far from the surface my head is. If this exercise would be beneficial, how often and for how many reps would be recommended? How long might it take to see some improvement? Thank you.
What don't you get specifically? We are saying you don't want to overdo chin tucks to the point that you turn on other muscles, you should only feel it in deep neck flexor muscles in the front of your neck.
