Why did the Transylvanian Peasant's Revolt happen? (1437)

The causes, battles, negotiations, and aftermath of the Transylvanian Peasant revolt are animated on a map.
Revolts, rebellions, and revolutions were common in the feudal society of medieval Europe. But why did they happen? We often focus on the biggest peasant revolts, like the English Peasant's Revolt, the French Jacqueline Revolt, or the German Peasant's War, but less - far less - talked about is the Transylvanian peasant revolt of 1437.

In the 15th century there was no Cluj, the city was hungarian-german and called Kolozsvár. In the 15th century, Transylvania only had a 20-22% romanian population, and very few of them lived in cities.

To my understanding, Kolosvár is the county that the city was located in. This city was called Cluj by Romanians, Kolozsvár by Hungarians, and Klausenburg by Germans. There is no precise date for when the city switched its name from German (its first name) to any others, so I used its Romanian name, given the fact that Transylvania is today located in Romania. Thanks.
