Sister Shivani I listen to you all the time now a days especially since the last year. Some days are good and healthy and some days are draining. He has hurt me so badly and brought me and my kids so much misery I am uable to let go those thoughts away from my mind. He is still haunting me and he is still there in all my thoughts! I am so unable to do what you suggest.. and I also know what you say is the right way of living.. but I am so struggling with myself..i am uable to hate him for what he did to me for two decades, he still holds my heart and I am finding no outlet..!
