Hi friends! This week we look at why people in Panem continue having children even though they know the risks involved.
All children between the ages of 12 and 18 run the risk of being reaped for the Hunger Games. This means that, every year, 23 children die for a television show, leaving 23 families to mourn. So why do people continue having children, if this is the potential future they face?
