There was a comment left here recently that ended with, "This person wants you dead." This person was sharing their twin flame experience. It took me a few days to get back to it to and respond but now it is gone. If you are reading this, I hope I will get the chance to interact with you again.
I seen that too.. well, from my experience, I can say that there were some close family near deaths and an act of terrorism in my local neighborhood that left several people dead. I could've been there! I reached out to see if she was ok.. I heard NOTHING back! Wanting me dead is probably a bit extreme but, caring if I died? Probably not at all...
I am so glad the new Nteflix series Escaping Twin Flames focused on the BS mirror principle. So many people including myself accepted toxic behavior as a "lesson". 1
Thank you for sharing. You are so right. We should never feel that a torturous and toxic relationship is for our highest good. However, most have us have believed this and justified this other person's disgraceful behavior throughout our "twin flame journey." To add insult to the injury, we label them a "divine" feminine or masculine. It is truly outrageous... I have not watched the documentary. I am fearful I will be too triggered. My daughter watched it and I spiraled just by her telling me. Perhaps one day but not now. I am so glad to hear something positive about it, though. :) and thanks so much for being here

I wanted to thank you for mentioning Escaping Twin Flames on Netflix. I didn't know there was a documentary and I watched all 3 episodes last night. What's interesting is that this series basically highlighted a small cult and I think they did a good job doing that. But the people in this group heard about the terminology first then went searching for their "Twin Flame". There is a whole other group of people who have had strange, other worldly experiences, went searching for answers and came upon Twin Flame ideology. But this series does not cover the very real other worldly aspects that many people experience. Like I said in another comment, the words "Twin Flame" truly do function as an umbrella for many types of relationships. Sorry for my long comment and all the best to you.

I began having previously unknown 'spiritual' experiences and synchronicities, and *then* came across the term twin flames , which I'd never heard of before. It turned from a perfect dream to a nightmare, and now I am physically and mentally shattered and attending a course to help recover from emotional abuse. I do not know what it was all about, and I can barely remember who I was before it all started. It definitely changed me.

I also recall my so called “twin” shapeshifting. I witnessed him growing in size, and this isn’t something that I can reveal to other people without being called crazy. I used to hear people describing these abnormal stories of “shapeshifters”, and I wouldn’t believe them. Until I saw paranormal things happening around my “twin”. I also discussed with multiple victims of narcissistic abuse who witness their narcissists with black eyes, or their face contorting… I’m leaving this comment to be open and vulnerable, and to open this conversation regarding the paranormal aspect of this connection.

@@Tom-cp6yjbasically shapeshifting involves face distortion, eyes changing of colour, changes in the body, etc… I recall people explaining that they saw their partner’s face turning into a gargoyle. I used to never believe in these things until I saw it first hand. Some authors (Eve Lorgen for example) believe that these narc could be hybrids, reptilian… I don’t know what to think about these theories or “conspiracies”… but I’ve seen too much.
You are not the only one. I have ignored mine many times only to pay for it in the end. I agree, we are often not in full control of our own mind. I do feel this becomes easier to recognize, but sometimes it is in hindsight. We will continue to keep trying. :)

I kept on receiving signs, his attitude wasn’t making sense, the first few instances when I met him I had the impression that he liked men, he’s a serial dater, a womaniser, he objectifies women, I used to think that I wasn’t attractive enough… I also thought that he may have had some mommy issues, in order to explain his strong hatred, competition and jealousy towards me… But in fact, he may be gay…
Excellent video. Thank you 🙂I agree with you that the Twin Flame teachings didn't make sense either but, for me, it was the only thing that explained the other worldly aspects of what was happening. I never really got deep into the ideology but I do believe the twin flame teachings are truth mixed with lies, which makes it all the more dangerous. The twin flame ideology serves as an umbrella for various types of unhealthy relationships ranging from someone experiencing an individual mostly in the astral like Underground Star did, to a person who is simply obsessed with another individual who is not interested in them and has told them so. Some people don't want to face rejection so the uninterested person is now their "Twin Flame". Also, past a certain age, it becomes more difficult to meet people who are single and available. Because of this, some may put up with BS/abuse if they truly feel there is a connection present. It's very sad what this ideology can do to people if taken seriously. It can waste years of your life if you allow it.
Exactly. It pulls in a variety of people having a mixed bag of experiences. I also experienced the very fake astral and 5D connection, but I don't get into it much here. It also was not as extensive as what some others have experienced, which I'm grateful for. So, yes, it seems to be a mix of "victims," all of which can seemingly find no other way to explain the very real experience they are having, not to mention the scripting and orchestration that will take place in their reality to pull them deeper into the deception... Me too, I also made a list of Red flags and I was the first one to cut it off with him. And so the cycle began . Like my intuition knew in the first few weeks already, this push and pull went on for 5 years.
Yes! I broke it off with "mine" within a week or two but then went back. I was feeling actual pain in my heart at that point (all orchestrated and fake and forced upon me, I see this now in hindsight). This happened a couple of times until he then became the one discarding me. Fortunately, my push and pull dynamic did not last several years, since I went no contact after about a year and a half. I am sorry for what you went through. It is so difficult. Interesting that you, too, made a list of the red flags. Yes. The red flags are so clear, but we often choose to overlook them. Plus, all of the signs and synchs (fake) and everything else that accompanies the connection tend to make us dismiss our own judgment because we think it is "mean to be." Possibly but I personally believe all the numbers and so-called signs and synchs are being generated into our reality as yet another way to trick and trap us. This is just my own belief, though. These fake signs continue long after the connection ends but I ignore them. The less energy we give it, the less power it has. I honestly feel like "angel numbers" are yet another program similar to the twin flame program, created to keep people trapped. Google and RU-vid play a major role in keeping people "stuck" on these numbers. We then end up creating them/manifesting them. Personally, I think it is all fake. Are you suggesting the possibility that at least some twin flame pulling is from spell casting? Perhaps holographic projections intertwined with other forces that not working on behalf of our highest good, but therefore are entirely manipulation? I sincerely am asking if some of what is taking place in the twin flame community and those truly on the journey is the spread of a virus with data and input programmed in the matrix for the purposes of mind control? Yes, I do believe these connections involve heavy reality manipulation. Heavy. We will see this with tarot videos/readings. I do not believe tarot readings are "real." I believe we are somehow creating or generating them. We will also see this manipulation and orchestration with the people around us and our environments when we are going through this. Objects and people and sounds will "appear." I do not believe it is "real." What does that mean exactly? I don't know. But it is "fake." Everything will be altered in order to facilitate the connection. This has been my experience, anyway, and I now have come to understand that it was not authentic. Perhaps nothing here is "real." I do believe this connection (or narc abuse in general) involves spellwork, magic. You can feel this element very clearly when engaging in this type of connection. There is a mystical, magical, dreamlike nature to it. This is why we are asleep to narc abuse and why we must awaken in order to recognize it and escape it. I also believe we are able to create some/all of this reality manipulation through our own minds. I have done/experienced this many times over. I also woke up to the mind control because I became very aware of the thought insertion - the energies, emotions, and thoughts that are not mine but are being imposed upon me. For example, I believe I was under extreme mind control to compulsively and obsessively look for a match on a dating app in a state 1,000 miles away. This was illogical but I was compelled to do so with no understanding of why. This is how I would come to meet my "twin." This is just one example of so many. We are all battling this sort of mind control daily. Is our mind even our own? I am not so sure. Lately, I am leaning more towards believing we are all essentially robots. I also have experienced actual scripting of my reality, where my reality (even those around me) was being written, especially in order to coincide with what was playing out in tarot videos, dreams and within my "twin flame" connection. I believe this is all being done through a type of technology and demonic or dark being... I still have a lot to wake up to. There are others far more spiritually advanced who have a lot more insight this, but this is about as deep as I can go here without writing a book. ;) I am all over the place here. @@TwinflamedeceptionI agree with you about this, there is certainly a force orchestrating through us and around us that becomes extreme. We have no free will. This has led however to blessings in my life such as a similar experience when I felt overly compelled to adopt a dog one weekend who ended up being the perfect companion and held my marriage together….long enough for me to meet my twin flame of course. Everything is scripted, we are playing parts. For whom? The orchestration is there, but I can’t call it totally nefarious due to all the blessings I’ve experienced too. BUT, without a doubt the tarot videos make me question the nature of this connection, some have been so specific that it’s suspiciously weird. Something wants you to cling onto this person. The only thing I can say is I’ve felt him my whole life and it wasn’t just a strong connection but myself in another person, my essence. The only logical thing to do is to prioritize yourself and not allow your mind to waste energy on any connection. The people who have spent money on courses etc are no doubt under some kind of spell. This entire connection is by definition a love spell. It’s a soul tie through the heart chakra. Whats your thoughts on being sexually assaulted in your sleep by an unknown female spirit? This happened to me three times!! I remember laying in bed while mostly asleep, hearing the sound of a static radio switching in my head and then i was grabbed sexually, whispering in my ear.. i was under a spell and i wanted it! Finally i was awake enough to say go away and it did.. i hung a cross above my bed and it never returned... i actually thought that was my "twin" tryin to get my attention.. Yes, this is a very real phenomenon, one that I've experienced myself. This is yet another reason why no contact in these connections is absolutely critical. Until we go no contact, we will constantly be supernaturally and paranormally attacked. It is very serious and very dangerous.

That's very kind. I do believe this is a type of spiritual attack that many of us are being hit with. It will usually happen to those of us who are on an awakening journey (but not consciously aware). We are not meant to wake up to the truths of this reality, so this "twin flame" attack hits just as we truly begin to awaken. This will serve to sort of paralyze us and keep us stuck in illusion (aka "twin flame" world). We will be unable to reach our full potential while there. It keeps us in a sleeping state but deceives us into believing we have spiritually awakened. It can also occur when we are transitioning into a place of power or authenticity. It will fully take us down. It also serves to generate a whole lot of energy through severe emotional turmoil and lust, which I believe fuels the beings who are behind orchestrating these types of attacks. Those of us who manage to escape continue to face trials long after, but we now have the gift of discernment.... I hope you are doing well, thanks for being here. :)
Did you see a specific number that mysteriously came along with your twin flame? Mine was 22! I've probably seen (conservatively rating) that number 6,000 times since... i met someone new, and there's no "twin flame" vibs, but we have an enormous amount of things in common like my birthday is 1/3 and hers is 3/1, same mothers name, etc etc.. the number im seeing now is 23! I'm rather terrified that this will turn into another nightmare...

This is so strange to me. What you are saying about the intuition is 100% correct. But Twin Flame teachers say the same thing. If you actually listen to the REAL Twin Flame teachers, NOBODY says to chase your Twin Flame, NOBODY! If someone tells you that, and you listen to them, you're in for a world of hurt! Because that will push your Twin Flame away from you and they WILL abandon you. If you ran into a mean, hateful person that used you, THAT'S NOT A TWIN FLAME! The most mean thing a Twin Flame will do is try to get away from you. Not keep you around and use you. Twin Flames love each other. So when one runs, they RUN! They'll block you, ghost you, say they dont feel the same as you. The whole point is to RUN, get AWAY from you. Not try to keep you around to manipulate you, use you, and make you feel less than. No. If you experienced that, it was NOT a Twin Flame.
@realityrecovery We simply make the choice that we forgive ourselves and then we actively work towards it. Every day. Day after day. Forgiveness, whether towards ourselves or another, is a journey. It isn't always linear. But it starts with a decision to do so. You can forgive yourself because you can recognize that you didn't know then what you know now. You choose to no longer be willing to carry the burden. Life is gonna go on regardless. Until our time here is up, we have no choice. And we have to believe that there are still some things worth living for, lessons yet to be learned, and experiences yet to be had. We can fall down when we need to, maybe many times, but we have to get back up. Keep it moving. Always.
@tom-cp6yj Tom, we have such little control over so much in life. I get it. But the one thing we do have control over, the one thing no one can ever take away from us, is our own perspective. We have the choice to view things however we want. No matter what. Through the perspective we choose, we can create our reality. We begin to see and feel things differently. This ability makes you far more powerful than you may realize.
What if your intuition is quietly telling you to hold on to them energetically even if you went through pure Hell throughout the years?.. I can predict upcoming songs on the radio, people's thoughts/actions, etc... Even if I were to try to cut the cord permanently, the universe or whatever it is will throw something to remind me to hold on.. Demonic? Possibly.. but what if it's not? It was a "right person, wrong time" situation in my belief... I do, however, have a bone to pick with the timing, and it should've never happened.. Who's fault is that? Not mine, not hers..
Learning to discern our intuition from the planted thoughts of mind control, the influence of a demonic/dark entity, manipulation through technology, or even a false hope or delusion on our part... is key. Practice doesn't make perfect but it helps.

Yes, my life continues to improve in many ways as I focus on myself. But seeking out a relationship is no longer an option for me. Every single man I connect with is a plant. Even since my "twin flame," I was dealing with one narcissist or emotionally unavailable man after another when trying to date. It ended up further traumatizing me and draining my energy. (This was the case with men before him as well but I was asleep to it.) So I decided to stop searching for love. This has definitely helped me heal and improve my life overall. But even when I try to focus on myself, I will be attacked another way. So right now, even though I'm not dating, I'm dealing with all these really weird, toxic and traumatizing interactions and connections with men through my workplace. So it's just a constant battle. I hope you will have better luck than I do, but I had to give up the dating apps because of the constant orchestrated connections. I am still keeping my heart and open mind to the possibility of love one day, but right now it is just does not seem possible. I have moments where it's very painful, but I know I will be ok no matter what happens. I also enjoy being single now in many ways. I'm not sure if I'm willing to make the sacrifices right now that are required in order to have a healthy relationship. But perhaps one day. Honestly, I'm finding that the secret to improving is dealing with as few people as possible. Allow only a select few info your inner circle. Unfortunately, people around us will be weaponized. Not everyone, of course, but many... You are going to be ok no matter what too.

But its like I feel my twinflames energy, he is thinking of me and I feel him so strongly! Even more when I focuse on myself. I made a book for him and he sendt me a mail and said thanx for the book, but Im not interacting with him cause I know we are toxic to eachother. The best thing is to only focuse on myself. What things have improved in your life? Ive struggled with money issues all my life Im so tired! I pray to God that things will improve! Im letting very few people into my life. Im also keeping distance to my sister and her man too cause everytime Im near them its like they steal my self confidence😳😲 and they have my prescious daughter. I do believe you are right about your "twin flame" being fixated on you and you being able to feel this. This person will experience a deep obsession with us that is out of their control. I also know and feel this psychically. In fact, I know mine has found me here and watches my every move. I do not like this. It can be very frustrating, because it serves as a distraction. We will also acutely feel their "tower moments," so we know when they are spiraling, and it often takes us down with them. However... I urge you to see that this connection we share with them is not because we are split souls or divinely brought together, but because it is being forced upon us from an outside force. So it is just keeping us bound to them and focused on them. It's part of the plan to keep us stuck. This is my belief anyway. Seeing it from this perspective has helped me separate it all out. I can fight against it better, which helps to weaken this psychic link that is created between the two. I've also learned to fight off the energy. Also, I want to mention that his attempts to randomly contact you are very indicative of a narcissistic hoover... As far as what's improved in my life, I have learned how to set healthy boundaries with others. I've learned to put myself first, even if it means being perceived as selfish. We will be very misunderstood by those around us. It's hard to accept but this comes with the territory of finally choosing to put ourselves first. I no longer say yes when I don't want to. I no longer go places I don't feel like going. I no longer interact with anyone who shows me red flags. I just do what's best for me. My money only started to improve when I implemented 100% no contact with toxic individuals around me. I have a very demanding career, so I majorly struggle with finding a balance, but I am now financially stable. I am very protective over myself and refuse to engage with anyone or anything who can potentially derail me and interfere with my goals or my peace. I still have a lot of work to do on my physical health. I'm not where I want to be yet. I also struggle with some depressive episodes here and there, but I imagine this is true for most of us. My life is not perfect, by any means. But I am a fighter and I'm determined to learn, grow and heal as much as I can. I also try to squeeze out whatever good I can here. But some days are hard and lonely... It really does sound like you're on the right track. It sounds like you're minimizing or cutting out contact with all those who don't serve you. I am very sorry for the struggles you've endured with not having your daughter. I'm a mom of two, so I understand the love we have for our children. You are a very strong woman. I am sure you're serving as a positive role model for your daughter, who will inevitably be exposed to truths as she grows older. Perhaps in the future, things will turn around positively in this area. I also really recommend staying no contact with the narcissist. Cutting off a narcissist permanently is the absolute hardest thing to do at the time. But there's no going back after we do. I promise you will see vast improvements if you force him out of your energy as much as possible. It's hard, I know... @@Twinflamedeception have you tried fasting? Like one or two meals a day? Ive tried so much. Also taking high doses B1 now and that calms my thoughts alot!!! Have you tried it? Calming the thoughts im any way will help us create more positive thoughts also is what I think. People have alot of nutrients deficiency. That also narsisists!
I usually only eat one meal a day, maybe two sometimes at the most. I've never been a very frequent eater. My appetite and my weight also fluctuates greatly depending upon which traumas are being triggered. But I definitely feel guided to allow longer periods of time in between meals. I rarely eat after 4 or 5pm, since I just intuitively feel like my body needs a break. If I do eat in the evening, my body sort of rejects it. I also occasionally do like a weekend juice cleanse. I have never done a real fast - not eating or drinking for days at a time. I know some call allowing longer breaks between meals "intermittent fasting," so I suppose this is what I have done for many years. I have always struggled with my eating habits, so it's something I am consciously working on. I have a huge arsenal of vitamins and supplements! I love trying new things too. I have been studying nutrition for many years, but right now I am taking nothing. Thanks for sharing about the b1. That's great it helps you :) I have recently (and hoping permanently) cut out all gluten, dairy and processed sugar. I have tried before and eventually fail but I hope to stick with this now. I also have not eaten chicken, beef or pork for 28 years (this may not work for everyone). I have autoimmune issues, so I'm constantly working on trying to improve my health. What has helped you?
The Twin Flame Journey has to be done a certain way, just like cooking a meal, driving a car, or riding a bike. If you do it wrong, it won't work. Y'all clearly going about it the wrong way and then trying to say it doesn't work. This is what y'all are doing.... "I topped off the oil, put air in the tires, got a new muffler put on and the car still wont start! Cars are fake!" Then you come to a channel like this, and talk about how cars should be avoided. And talk about how much money you sunk into a car and it still didn't run. But the problem was not that the car needed an oil change, or a new engine, it was just out of gas. Its just like cooking, if you don't follow the instructions, you won't get the desired results. Some of y'all CLEARLY did not find a Twin Flame, y'all found a straight up NARCISSIST! I found my Twin Flame and experienced all kinds of weirdness! Synchronicities, dreams, it was painful to deal with at first. But once I found out how the journey operated, it is literally the best thing to ever happen to me. But at first it was wildly confusing! Your intuition is number 1! NEVER go against it, for NOBODY, EVER. When you learn how to properly listen to it, your life will get better. If someone tells you to chase your Twin Flame, DON'T do that! That is NOT what this is about. It is not about chasing anyone. See in life, we are taught that if you want to be with someone, approach them, flirt, get to know them, blahzay blah. But when it comes to Twin Flames, the courting stages could be skipped! You guys are made for each other! So this is meant to be handled a different way. This Twin Flame thing is the universe calling you to wake up! You know that when you liked someone before, you didn't see synchronicities and have all these dreams. Which tells you that this is different. Therefore it has to be handled differently.
@Twinflamedeception You're right, they're not for me. But what I'm saying is for you and everyone else that's struggling with the Twin Flame Journey. You're telling everyone it's a bad thing, it's not. You just have a misunderstanding. You're mistaking a Narcissist for a Twin Flame, which in my opinion, is almost impossible to do. Twin Flame Runners run! Not stick around to belittle you and use you. They do whatever they can to leave you alone. When your push energy is high, they run. They may say mean things to get you away from them, but the whole point is to get away. Not trying to keep you around to control your life. They run from the energy.
