Our soil is depleted so you have to get extra vitamins and minerals from high quality sources. Make sure to do you research on where they source everything and still detox. Just because you eating a healthy diet doesn’t mean your not getting toxins from air and water. Wash and soak your fruits and veggies. Juice when you can’t get enough in. @Margaret McLaughlin It's meat, not meet and who made them that way? They were not born that way. If everyone felt that way the animal population would outgrow the human population and we would starve or we would have to kill the animals off. Simple as that.
@pokemonitishere202

@@toni4729 animal population is not overgrowing, we are over breeding them in to existence in billions & most of the deforestation is done to overfeed those billions of animals & say that humans are dying due to hunger when you can feed 7 billion humans instead of those hundreds of billions of animals. Don't be so sure about that! Doctors of western medicine are not trained from their universities and from their hospitals to use nutrition for natural therapy! Wfpb vegan has been the easiest diet ever. So so many times I've sat and starved myself because I thought carbs were just evil. One month after being completely vegan I realise I can eat as much as I need to feel full. My energy is booming. I have 3 small children and being so over weight from the "ketogenic diet" that I thought would help me, I felt so lifeless. I felt like I could barely keep up with them. Now more than a month into it I'm so much happier. So much more energy. If you are reading this and struggling to adhere to a vegan diet, please take this from someone who has struggled for so long with weight, arthritis, asthma, high blood pressure. All of this will melt away completely. I have my life back!

I can't believe he's 63 years old! He looks amazing! It's strange but when I was young, my doctor told me to eat meat again. At this point, I was vegetarian for 3 years. I was living in Santa Monica, California and also unaware of the health benefits of being vegan. Now that I just turned 47 I finally became Vegan. It's hard to find support here in Texas. Although, I wonder why some doctors are against the Vegan diet? Sometimes, I feel afraid to tell some people that I'm Vegan cuz they get combative. For example, my coworkers, when I told them I was vegetarian in California took me to a restaurant. Of course, my manager ordered steak and he acted like he was killing it on the plate at the dinner table in front of me. I felt so upset, that I will not go out to eat with non-vegans. It was 20 years ago, but I felt that traumatized me. Where do I support as a new vegan? Also, as an older woman, I feel that young u tubers are hateful towards older people. Eventhough, they are vegan, they express hate towards middle-aged people which I have experienced. I'd like to find a vegan support group that not ageist. Big hugs and much love, from Texas!🤓❤❤

It was seeing the thriving vegan athletes in the Game Changers the ultimately convinced me to make that change 2 years ago. I wish that I had not been so hard headed about my health, and made the changer earlier in my life, but it's understandable once you see that we've been lied to by the meat industry about needing meat. Everything about my health has gotten so much better. I see people now that are clearly sick and overweight and when I've tried to mention this diet, then get extremely defensive. It's obvious that a lot of people will continue to die early from poor diets of animal protein, and highly processed food.

I think you were right asking the pertinent question about blurring the message. The problem that these health professionals have is that they try to communicate a comprehensive message; everything from animal rights, to health and all the way to climate change is being thrown in. The problem with that is that people at some point stop listening and tell themselves "it can't be that bad to eat meat and dairy". This is especially sad because the message on health alone is so strong that it should blow everyone away.

Im 27 now and I didnt eat meat till I was 13 or something if I remember correctly. I remember watching how my mom and brother ate grilled chicken every week so from being bored one day, I just took and tested a small piece. From then I ate chicken/meat every week. Now Im on plant based diet for more than a year - and I feel great, and Im not planning to go back.
