WHY DOES MY ATV BOG DOWN WHEN I GIVE GAS TO ACCELERATE 

You completely overlooked the needle and the needle jet. That is the part of the acceleration from 1/4 to 3/4 quarters throttle. If the needle clip is in the wrong position, upon acceleration beyond 1/4 throttle, you can flood out the engine, and it will bog out until you go beyond into the three-quarter to full throttle range. The needle has five positions. The top position is lean, the bottom position is a Rich fuel mixture. Bogging out on acceleration is typically when you have the needle clip set to a more rich fuel mixture. These Chinese motorcycles are typically shipped out without ever having had the needle clip adjusted to the correct air/fuel mixture position

Hey boys I enjoyed the video. Very good pace and thorough. My sons Tao Tao 110cc Boulder wouldn’t start. I replaced the spark plug and installed a New carburetor. It fired up right away and never sounded better. When I switch it into drive it goes very slow and eventually dies out. It does the same thing in reverse. What in the world is going on? I am baffled ..

Nice intresting video! But my ATV stalls when I throttle it in forward/backward position, starts and revs fine in neutral. Any idea?

What if my ATV doesn’t have choke, or air/fuel screws? It’s an X-PRO 200cc utility quad.

Mine turns over without the brake clamped/depressed-- my wiring harness and kill switch have no provision for the little blade connectors under the brake lever-- is that why it won't start? This has a been a nightmare of mismatched parts, badly made, no manual, etc.

My TaoTao ATV bogs down when I give it gas quickly only. When I move it slowly it’s fine. Any ideas?
