And you need to realize that apart from its Refom and the Reconstructionist forms, Judaism is sufficiently difficult that not only would gentiles not be flocking to it in the huge numbers that they flock to Islam if Orthodox, Qaraite and Conservative Jews proselytized at every chance they got, but many who attempted to convert to Judaism would fail.

Judaism should seek converts for the simple reason that many people are seeking a better path to God, but do not know where the path is. They are searching and Judaism might be exactly what they are searching for, but they do not know that it exists unless you introduce them to Judaism. A thirsty man standing on a hill might see a blue thing snaking through the valley below but unless someone tells him that blue thing is a river filled with water, he will continue being thirsty.
Jews are the community who live around the river, keeping the water clean so that it can be drank from in the first place. Most people will drink from the river and then return to their city where most people are. Unlike Xtianity that you are exposed to, a person should seek to cleave to the G-d of Israel and the people of Israel. If there is one true God and He created all of humanity, and a human's only hope for eternal life of happiness is a relationship with Him and if Jews believe the only way to have a relationship with Him is to be Jewish. Well then if the Jewish people cared at all about mankind they would spread their faith to others. But they don't. Why? God says in the Old Testament that they are to be a Kingdom of Priests. In Isaiah 52:13 into 53 the servant it is referring to is he and him. God doesn't refer to Zion or Jerusalem as a him or he. God refers to Zion and Jerusalem as, she and her. So suffering servant is referring to a man.
You’re a reading Isaiah out of context. Chapter 53 is the fourth of of the four suffering servant songs. The servant is the nation of Israel which is explicitly stated in Isaiah 41:8 and 49:3. You can’t read one chapter of a book and understand it’s full meaning without the rest of the chapters

Most of the European religion were destroyed by Chrisianity on the orders of the Roman Empire. They built churches on our ancestral holy cites across Europe which was deliberate. To wipe out 1,000 years of our ancestors history and culture hoping that we forget but we never did.
