Drizzy is the greatest Karaoke artist of all time. Drake is literally an acting role for Aubrey. And the reference tracks are his literal scripts he uses to play that character. lol It all is making much more sense now.
He didn’t write ratchet happy birthday either Lmfaoo all he doing is saying it’s your fcking birthday like why do you need a reference track for that omg-
What makes this worse is the fact he lied about this. He was speaking on Bron’s show and made up a story of how HE came up with the song 🤦🏽♂️ There is no way to spin this. Fk outta here with his Stans trying to make excuses about Vory being on the writer credits.. that don’t matter when you got producers and a bunch of niggas in the credits so you don’t know who did what. That’s hiding it and you can try lying about how much help was given but now with the reference track out we hear the truth. Drake Lied
I heard Rick Ross wrote his Sicko Mode verse, it was alluded from Lil Wayne in an interview I believe. And after I saw that video of Ross yelling “who wrote this?” I relistened to his Sicko Mode verse and it does have the Rozay flow 🤷🏽😭
Before I watch this video, I want to say that the people who are saying that “talk to me when someone did a reference track for 8am in Charlotte or a lyrical track” that’s not the point. The point is that this further proves that Drake doesn’t write sometimes and needs help.
The funny part is all his timestamps have Like 5 people on the writing credits. An they of course are other rappers. It's actually a matter of time at this point before we get one 🤷🏿♂️
Everyone needs help. Most people albums have multiple writers on each song. Not only that but a reference track doesn't really tell anything because you don't know how much of the song was already done before the reference track came about
@@joyboy1720 except drake is on record multiple times saying he doesn't use writer's for his bars. Mob ties and back to back was examples we found out was a lie. Literally lied straight to lebron James face and hugged him 😭 Show me every reference track of cole an Kendrick. All you'll find is literal demos with only infant versions of the songs. Drake does not qualify to be the best rapper with his ridiculous use of ghost an credited writer's who just actually made the who whole song. Beam, Quentin miller, daylyt, mickey factz, 21 savage, yatchy, vory, partynext door, The weeknd( who allegedly co wrote his whole second album) and all his camp of ovo writer's who've been exposed for giving drake whole songs. His biggest bars an melodies. Drake is literally on some milly vanilly type shit without the lip syncing.
shes like many of us who grew up with him and had him on this musical pedestal only to be disappointed by him in the recent years bc he's let his ego get too big and lost his rap integrity. we dont hate him, we just are turned off by alot of his actions.
@@BlackGirlLovesAnime6 just cause you grew up listening to someone doesn’t make you have interest in their music. I grew up listening to Beyoncé because my mom is a stan I can’t stand the shit out of her no matter what.
I'm glad someone ppl are finally getting it! Like, I hate ppl just going, "Everyone has ghostwriters." ok, then don't call yourself the best. DON'T FKING CALL YOURSELF THE BEST!!!
You're consistent asf been a viewer for years on the low and you'll prolly never see this but ong you gotta be one of the most consistent on the platform big ups
@@oldmanjesus9855 that means nothing. When people have an agenda, anything is fair game. Any tweet, bad joke, etc etc. People will re-interpret things out of context, remove nuance etc etc when they an issue with you or rather when they are told to have an issue with you. Not that i care for Drake tho, but yeah
@@NobodyHasToAgreeAllTheTime people can interpret whatever they want, if you haven't done anything wrong, nothing will happen to you, heck we live in a world where even if you have done something wrong you might get a pass, just look at Ezra Miller...
i was skeptical about watching his lyric breakdowns of the beef, but he actually does add quite bit of new info, the only issue is that it took so long to research and record his video that it feels repetitive because there have already been a million other breakdowns. his is def worth a watch if you got the patience lol.
Just FYI Dee, a youtuber who got connections with people who work at these labels did say that Kendrick AND Drake ask to remove the copyright claim. So that means it's not their fault, it's the label
nobody cares when it’s pop stars. but don’t claim to be the goat. the goat doesn’t need writers. how are you the goat when what put you in that conversation was from someone else?
Yes, please do the euphoria breakdown. It is the most complex, and the way Kendrick did the rap beef it even foreshadows the other songs. So if it is a good enough breakdown, it should reference the others, so no other need to for the other breakdowns.
To answer your question Dee about “who are all these other writers” on Mob Ties (and please this is not a defense of Drake) Song writing credits are structured as anyone one who contributes anything as far as lyrics or words should get credit. For example if the song had a sample that used any words as part of the sample, then the original creators of the song that was sampled name will show up there too. That can also include interpolations (saying a line or a melody from a previous song) or even as small as someone contributing a line in a hook. This is why you will see Beyonce have a list of 8 or 9 writers on a song. Cuz she sometimes samples 2 or 3 different songs plus her actual writers. Again no excuses, cuz clearly Vory structured Mob Ties and the general skeleton of the song came from him.
6:21 tbf the last six songwriters listed are because mob ties samples affirmative action, they're the writers and producers on that track, not drake's. drake still got 4 other writers on his song tho.
So people are still ignoring the part about Drake writing the Mob Ties verse. The song is more than just the hook and pre chorus that Vory wrote. People acting dramatic about an artist singing a hook that was giving to them is ridiculous.
They still moving the goal post with mob ties smh they keep saying if a time stamp reference track comes out then they’ll hold Drake to carpet lol mob ties is not a pop song. He took his whole flow and just replaced some words. The creativity and idea didn’t come from Drake but his fans don’t care
Not THAT into rap. Never knew a song called Mob Ties till i heard about this reference leak. I listened to drakes first and couldnt see why ppl liked it bcuz of the way he was saying wirdsover the beat. Felt weird immediately. Then i Listend to the reference and boyy i was bopping to that cause how the beat and sound felt 100% match to the person way of rapping it. Went to all of his popular hip hop songs and I still feel the same cringe, weird feeling. It feels off i dont know why.
The whole “he writes for other people” argument is kinda funny because they never list the songs he wrote for these other people. 1) some of these are R&B songs. He doesn’t claim to be the best R&B artist. 2) The songs I think of off the top that I know he wrote aren’t decent, but he’s not no Stevie Wonder. He’s not Carole King. He’s not DayLyt, Rhymefest, Q-Tip, etc. He doesn’t have to be either, but he’s talking real slick about his pen when his work for other people is cute at best.
Any award that Drake won for shit he didn't write needs to be STRIPPED from him. You shouldn't win shit that OTHER people created FOR you. And he really can't claim to be the goat of anything because he doesn't write his own shit.
If he considers himself an artist i see nothing wrong with saying hes the best. Actors work from a script. If drake reading from a script but doing it the best thats a talent in and of itself.
Tell me why this video had me crying from laughing so hard. The whole time I was watching this I thought about the shameless FlightReacts music days. I know I can't be the only one with that random thought to cross their mind.
😂 this ninja has had ghost writer allegations heavy since jr came out and yall STILL let him be called a top rapper. I have been skeptical of his ability all along
There is a video with 15 minutes of Drake being Drake here, on youtube. There are musics that he literally stole the whole concept from a unknow artist that was trying to make it. It's called "Drake exposed for stealing lyrics, songs and Beats" Please, react to it.
It's interesting when you see the stuff drake has had ghostwritten and the stuff/flows he's stolen without credit. It's 20 v 1 if I gotta smack niggas that write with you is an even harder bar now
I’m a fan of both Kendrick and Drake, but Drake can’t even be considered amongst the greatest anymore. You know how embarrassing it is to tell peeps my favorite Drake songs, and almost all of them wasn’t even written by him? 😂😂💀
You know what's dope his verse on Sexxy's song where he murdered his verse on it with the BBL Drizzy instrumental in the background 😭🤣 Drake can't lose even when he loses he lost to Kendrick yes but let's not mention the reference track to one of KENDRICK'S songs on his last album that people say is AI or saying I'm trying to redirect the attention off Drake I'm not just being fair Drake isn't the only one with ghost writers just the best with ghostwriters better than Ye Dre Diddy Jay & Wayne have records out they didn't write or come up with the words for because they don't write at all technically but was giving songs they recorded word for word you will be surprised how many artist including your favorites don't write all their stuff including Jeezy The Game Snoop Dogg so yeah.
@@AngeBiampandou I hate when I state facts & weirdo Drake haters say I'm lying I'm a stan but admitted he lost to Kendrick but nothing else I said is a lie....
Imagine being mad that your rival won a pulitzer prize while not writing your raps. Everyday goes by, Drake makes his fans look like clowns. He literally picked the worse genre to do these things in too.
