BTW, it would be quite 'a fly on the wall' experience to overhear what Elizabeth and established, series stars Donna Reed, "Hazel"'s Shirley Booth and Whitney Blake and "Peyton Place"'s Dorothy Malone plus newcomers Mia Farrow and Barbara Parkins happened to chat (?gossip?) about every morning in the Screen Gems Productions hair and make-up department. Unlike other series and studios, Screen Gems had all its shows' female regulars in the same room most mornings (unless filming on location or at the Columbia Ranch where the exterior sets were); the stylists didn't perform THEIR magic in the ladies' dressing rooms.
