My issue for this video would be that the title is off. Had this is actually not an assignment for an article analysis, I would consider this is a clickbait of sorts. Maybe you can retitle this video into "WHY EXERCISE IS WISE: or, A Rhetorical Analysis of An Article By Matthew" or something like that, unless your teacher doesn't allow you to explicitly tell the audience in the title what the video is supposed to be.

That’s definitely true, but my thing is that I didn’t want the title to be too long and I made sure to show it’s a college project in both my thumbnail and description
