Idea: make all the chapters and seasons into different gamemodes you can play like an option where you can choose if its duo and such make so in that menu, you can choose the season 1-28
@burningphoeniex7032 i watched the video 3 times, and this is a solution for that, also theres 225,695,235 downloads for fortnite and 855,446 are playing right now so its not gonna effect queue times by much because not everyone is gonna play the seasons
This community is very interesting to me, the loudest part of the community has just never changed, they've always been stuck in the past, and the OG season reaching Fortnite's peak player count only made them even more rabid and unbearable, I think this idea would be perfect, making the og map it's own mode would divide the player base way too much, but bringing back old maps and even the og one at the end of the chapter would be really cool, I'd love for Chapter 4 to come back even though it recently left, cause it's honestly my favorite map with it's diverse and vibrant landscapes
yeah, interesting isn't exactly the word i'd use but your right, also chapter 4 had the most beautiful map i have no idea why a lot of people didn't like it
Keeping the old permanent will end the game no joke. Die hard lovers will only play old map. If they don't update that map they will get annoyed, throw out negativity before leaving for a new game. If they give it updates it will split the community and dev resources making old and new objectively worse then they can be. Also I think they need to think about the fact that in the past chapters the poi would be changed more than be replaced? The last few chapters has felt more like a "What's this season's gimmick?" instead of "Oh that looks different from last season!" Just removing the old and copy pasting things over the old. Feels like olympus is going to be totally removed then this is all done. Also does anyone remember the Operation ltms back in c2s2? Kinda wish those would return because they really changed the game into almost overwatch. Was a good refresh
There is no nostalgia trap. Using older characters in movies for sequels is about connectivity, not nostalgia. Nostalgia is a frame of mind. It's different for everyone. Delete the post and try again.
Honestly I didn't enjoy chapter 2 I stopped playing the game then for a while didn't come back until near the end of chapter 4 I hope they don't Bring chapter 2 back
its the people that played in the og era, the old friends and famlity members .. more than the conctent even tho things like syphon health is something they shouldve never removed
