A veces se gana porque alguien tiene que ganar...Es lo que sucede con este reconocimiento en los últimos años, es insólito que este sea el mismo premio que se otorga a genios absolutos como Tadao Ando.

Sense of place!! , it was build on top of a "huaca" (an arqueological site in Lima), and the building damage the scenery of the surroundings. I think the building is great but not the location chosen. That is why I found it strange they mentioned its sense of place, as one of the reasons it won!

Normal architects, nothing of special. There is no any innovations in their architecture. They won just because they were able to get inside the architectural star system.
