It looks like India has lot of opportunities for 3rd party consultants. Consultants who are paid by banks to monitor such construction activities. This is a good part. In US the Bank never pay money to builders directly. The 3rd party acts as a receiver on behalf of banks. These 3rd party consultants are typically engineering companies. From quality, engineering, operations to final payment to the builder.
