This is mid career Howie. If you think this is hyper, go check out early career howie. You saw at the beginning of this where the audience was screaming at a high pitch …that because that was one of his old stand up schticks. He would literally just scream like that for 5 minutes until the audience eventually got tired of it.
He always seems so fake and scripted to me. Not in any way funny. Also Billie Chrystal and Whooopiee Goldberg. Same group. Steve Martin and Martin Short severely overrated and just dorks who go over the top.
I just noticed he kind looked a bit like Bob Saget with a rounder head and a perm lol its' the smile and I think the nose. Then he shaved his head and became David Draimon from the metal band Disturbed lol

Instead of "its my job" he could've said to the doc "if someone said i stick my fingers up peoples bums, id ask whyd you do that. And you would say, its my job. Similiarly, to answer your question. Its my job"
