Why I abandoned my Fish 

🏃‍♀️ why did I abandon my fish? Last week I took a trip to California so I abandoned my fish…. responsibly :,) Normally I would just fast them since fish can go weeks without food but this time I didn't because I’m trying to grow out my fish as big as possible. I left a custom tray full of pre-prepared frozen foods. Here is the food key I left for my aunt: pellets- 🐰 flakes - ♥️ baby brine shrimp - 🦴 algae wafers - 🐻 peas - 🐱 goldfish: 🐰🐱 baby fish: ♥️🦴 adult fish: ♥️🦴🐱 snails: 🐻 Live fish available July 1st (10 am PST) @ FishPortals.com! 🐠

I love how you have SOOO much knowledge about fishes, It's rare to see a pet owner with proper animal knowledge these days. It shows you're a pretty dependable owner! Never change 🛐

I would 100% recommend any pet owner who’s pet has somewhat complicated food requirements to do this if they’re able and keep it in their freezer in case of emergencies. That way if there is an emergency, you can ask a friend to petsit and not worry about your babies while you handle. Just keep a paper with instructions, vet details, etc somewhere accessible too.

I recommend putting frozen food into a small container (like a clean bottle cap or tiny measuring cup) and putting a small anount of tank water in it, then letting it thaw before feeding it to your fish. That way the food isn't too cold in their bellies. I usually just sit it on top of the tank for 15 minutes. So

You could have gone in with a seating blocked that just sits in the aquarium. And it just disperses foods with the aquarium itself as it dissolves. We use those for my guppies when we had to take a vacation we didn't have anybody to take care of the Guppies. We had fancy tail guppies are cute.

I think she just discovered a niche market. Frozen pellets for fish enthusiasts and new pet fish owners.

My fish eats all freeze dried foods for his typical diet so I mixed all 3 together and portioned them out in one of those weekly pill containers. Makes it easier for me and my mom to feed him when I go on vacation next month 😅

I used to have fish. My youngest brother Jeremiah especially loved the baby fish. He said that the baby fish are so cute and soft, just like real babies.

they have fish food blocks too! so if you go on a trip longer than expected you can get them online or in pet stores. and there these blocks they can nibble away at while you’re gone!
