Evan, Just build that trans and diff if you're going to be launching it at all. Those are the weakest points of the evo! Other then that, you're good to go! Remember, it's not a subaru! You can easily push 450+ on the stock bottom end. Yes, I know the Evo X has an aluminum block but they are still tough! not 4G63 tough like mine ;) but much tougher than your Sti lol

“Why did I buy an Evo over an STI?” *Subaru ad comes on*

I originally came from the Subaru side of things. The Evo 10 is by far the best purchase I've made. Love mine! The 8/9 was my dream car till I drove the 10 and ever since then my mind has been changed.

Evo X are common. The base Lancer is everywhere. The Evo 9 and 8 were unique looking.

If you don't want to deal with the ej motors in a Subaru then just swap in an eg33 and turbo it ;) then you have 2 extra cylinders and twice the reliability

From a person who owns a modded EJ, it's no fun when your to scared to use the power you got in fear of something breaking. Even tho it might not, there's always doubt. And that's never a good feeling

Bro Evan, buy a wrx, the ej205 is one of the strongest ej platforms you can have, yes it’s a 2.0 vs the 2.5 but 2.0’s don’t really suffer from ringland failure and from my personal experience can handle a lot more abuse. Also the new fa engines that are in the new wrx‘ are a solid platform from what I heard too, ej25’s are junk

Out of all the builds Evan has had my Favorite And the only one i like is the OG sti all the other builds have been pretty underwhelming the Miata everyone was like is that it? Me included lol the 1jz Lexus why 1jz just why..... the porsche literally the most boring porsche anyone could buy. Now the Evo I am starting to enjoy the channel way more I just hope he makes it unique not like every other Evo which it’s looking like it...
