What happens if I'm a small brick manufacturer in South Africa and given an opportunity to supply a local distributor...…..how do I strategize in this situation , advice please ?
Where do you want to supply. In Malawi or South Africa? In Malawi the best way to do it is by finding a place to operate your business and market via word of mouth, newspapers, TV, radio stations and social media. I personally use later because it is very direct and costs me almost nothing. I can also address my clients questions live and directly than when you use the other platforms. So I think if you have to do it in South Africa you can do the same.
Does Malawi allows illegal immigrants do business ,work and even stay freely without any documents? Why thinking of coming back to SA and not go to other countries and do you business there? SA foreign policy stated that foreigners should have a minimum of R5 million to start business and if not meet the requirements must not come to husttle. With all the challenges we have in South Africa i still want to remain in my beautiful country
