Very helpful. I’m in the midst of joining a team myself at KW. One thing I realized when you’re solo you’re not getting much help other agents not gonna really spend the time to mentor you. The commission cuts don’t bother me bc business will be way more steady anyway.
Yes there are some good agent who will help you but it’s nothing like being on a team and showing up for each other You’ll learn from your team members and vice versa. Everyone helps each other

When you say your team leader provides you with leads are these clients still figuring out when they want to purchase, or actively looking to buy? Or are you primarily working with sellers?
Hey ! These are leads that has come in via Zillow and other sites ! These leads are both buyers and sellers ! Some are ready now and others aren’t quite ready yet and need time

It’s a lot of leads and definitely more than I can handle at the current moment because I also have my own marketing that I do to my sphere of influence

I’m personally able to promote myself however every team will not be as lenient as mines These are questions that you must ask during the interview process when you are reaching out to teams Some teams will allow it and others will require you to always add their brand in the mix , logo , shout-out etc
Yes, every team is structured differently. However, many teams will reach you strategies and provide guidance on how to get clients. Other teams will provide you with leads in which you have to convert to clients.
Hi I interviewed a bunch of brokerages, and Keller Williams stood out the most to me. I didn’t like smaller teams, because they preferred full time agents and one of them were a little rude. It’s just scary at first seeing the monthly fees is $75 but it comes with a lot that will help
