INGREDIENTS:
warm water ➤ 100 ml
warm milk ➤ 100 ml
sugar ➤ 1 tsp
instant yeast ➤ 0.5 tsp
vegetable oil ➤ 30 ml (2 tbsp)
salt ➤ 0.5 tsp
flour ➤ 300 g
ingredients for lubricating:
melted butter ➤ 80 g
ingredient for brushing:
egg yolk ➤ 1

Sugar 1 tsp
Instant yeast 0.5 tsp
Let`s mix well!
Vegetable oil 30 ml (2 tbsp)
Salt 0.5 tsp
Flour 300 g

Add the flour gradually
Knead the dough for 5 minutes
Divide the dough into 9 parts
Roll each part into a ball
Let them rest for 15 minutes
15 minutes later
Spread the dough balls with flour and corn starch
Melted butter 80 g
Corn starch
Get 3 of them in a row, and create 3 groups

Put the pastry in the freezer for 20 minutes
20 minutes later
Put your favorite filling
1 yolk
Brush the yolk
Bake them in a preheated electric oven at 170 C for 20 minutes
