lol ❤ 😂 that is so true why is it? It’s just so darn funny I can’t stand hearing people, smacking and slurping, but when a dog does it I am in love. 😻 ❤
@marissamonteleone what about smaller dogs and that turkey neck, can the bones choke the dog? I have a Yorkie-poo...she's approximately 18 inches long
@@Will502x they didn’t point out how much more expensive is they made an unnecessary comment, and while I understand that not everyone can afford to pay for a raw food diet making comments like mean they can’t afford to or don’t want to so much comment still stands. Dogs are expensive and you shouldn’t have them if you can’t afford to take care of them properly
I did research on this diet years ago and agree with it. However, I had to cut pieces down very small when feeding my shih-tzu. I suspect most small dogs cannot handle eating large pieces of raw food unless they've learned it from a very young age. Glad to see you are doing this. Your dogs are obviously very healthy and happy. 🥰
I like that you show your love for your dogs without demonizing people who choose to feed dry food. That's the best way to keep people open to learning new things.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching your feeding videos of your dogs they are so beautiful and strong looking. I don’t have any dogs yet but grew up with them in my youth so I can’t have any because we live in an apartment but my wife and I are actively looking for a house and when we find one and move I would love to contact you for raw diet menus for my dogs. And I do love big dogs but would to have at one lap dog not too small. So thank for sharing your food menus with me and the UTube family. GG/NC
I love these videos! I want to switch my dog to raw but it seems so expensive, could you give us a breakdown on the financial side of raw feeding or some tricks to keep the costs down?
I have a fairly young German shepherd, who i feed primarily raw. The easiest/best way to do it (imo) is off the back of your own diet/cooking. So, he'll get bits and pieces from the meats and foods I use for my own meals...you'll nearly always have bits of the meat and veg that you're not going to eat, but is great for a dog. Also...find a good local butcher and ask them about left-overs, offal and bones! (uncooked). Not alot of people buy these cuts/organ meats anymore so you'll find that alot of butchers are happy to give it you for free or for a very small price, as they'll often throw it away otherwise... Obviously this is a lot harder if you as an individual are A) vegetarian or vegan, or B) eat alot of package/ready meals, takeaways or processed foods.
Best tip is to not have a hideous mutt. Then you won’t have to worry about it getting its nasty smell everywhere and sucking up your financial resources.
Awesome videos! My fiancé and I have two cats and I was just interested in what you were feeding your cats. It seems so many cat food brands are just filled with bad stuff or the ones that aren’t are very expensive. Do you feed your cats like you feed your pups?
She probably gets paid by yeti it's all good tho I'd do the same even if all I got was freed food for anything.idk why it jus seems expensive good 4 her n her dogs n I think the bowls r cool!
😂😂😂 guess who's at the table for dinner the kitchen guys ASTRO and pluto miss I just fell in love with your dogs they are so human like they now have profiles as kitchen warriors and u feed them well they have now utilized the smart diet for fuel 😂😂😂😂
Just make sure to consult your vet and take into consideration your animal's needs and sensitivities first! Especially if you're planning to switch diets.
Im so happy i found your channel can you please link me to a website or list where you get everything you feed your dogs i have a husky on a raw diet but i don't want him to be bored with his meals
I saw people criticize what you give your dogs and I bet they feed their dogs leftover scraps or just regular dog food. Thanks for explaining why you do this and maybe some of the Knuckleheads would understand a little better.
Even tho Astro Alwyz seem to be lookin into outer space rite before he starts eating tho LOL🙄🐶🤭but idk if it's jus Me but I love watching these BeYouTiFul dogs njoy their Healthy meals & they're Sooo well behaved tho ijs Good doggies!!!🖤🐶🤎🐶🫶🏽😍
Found this channel a couple months ago. Now my dog has been on a raw diet for a month now. He’s much happier when it’s time to eat. So glad I’m not feeding him that depressing ass dry food anymore.
Can This Type Of Diet Work For My Dogs Cause I Have 3 a Pug, a Greyhound/Chihuahua Mix & a Cocker Spaniel Mix I’m Just Curious & Also This Has Me Intrigued🐾🐾🐾🐾
Dogs don’t digest plants well. In the wild, plants would be predigested in the stomachs of their prey. Raw feeders have to cook or mince veggies. If not, we would literally see vegetables in our dog’s poop.
Probably not cooked but thawed, frozen broccoli. Frozen broccoli looks like that when thawed and it would make sense to buy raw frozen broccoli that lasts longer than raw fresh. Frozen does help break down the cellular structure a bit better for dog's digestion.
''Uncooked meat can harbor harmful bacteria such as salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria, which cause foodborne illnesses that can make your dog very sick. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and animal nutrition experts do not recommend feeding a raw food diet for dogs. Instead, choose a regular balanced dog food diet that contains all the nutrients needed to keep your pet healthy. In spite of the risks, some pet parents still opt to switch their dog to a raw food diet. Though there are some possible nutritional benefits that your dog could gain from eating raw meat, the health risks of uncooked meat outweigh the benefits. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration advises against feeding your dog raw meat, along with the CDC and the American Veterinary Medical Association.''
@@dinkleberg746 i guess you missed this part ''the health risks of uncooked meat outweigh the benefits'' but hey if you want to risk your pet getting sick or potentially dying, be my guest
You need to feed them kibble for a least for one meal so we can see their reacton. They would probably be like confused and go like what is this stuff were is the food.
yep, COOKED bones splinter thats why its bad for critters, but raw is much harder and safer, the dogs gut is designed to digest this way. also that whole BS about don't feed raw because of saminillia is just Kibble made up BS
I never knew that…anytime I went out to eat I would always bring a few bones home in a doggie bag for my greyhound. She loved it and lived to be 17, but I genuinely did not know it was bad for them.
yes- everything the first two commenters said! raw bones are softer and chewier, there is no danger in dogs or cats eating them, there are only benefits! cooking is what makes bones brittle, sharp, not easily digested nor any nutritional value. raw bones only!!
If youd told me what off the beaten path, unique RU-vid channel I'd be addicted to, I'd have needed 100 guesses before I landed on "woman feeds raw food to her pups."
