As you all know, I splurged on a NEW Lamborghini Huracan!!! But, there are some things I hate about it! Growing up, every kid dreams of owning a supercar, and Lamborghini’s are one of the default choices when it comes to everyone’s dream-ride. This ride has caught lots of glances, and for me has been a humbling reminder of how hard work, persistence, charity, and fairness really do bring great rewards in life. However, I honestly feel like this car has some major setbacks that make it a no-go for most people to get. There are some things I love about this car, but it also has some major flaws that make it a terrible vehicle.

Crazy to see the ownership experience differences. I have a 2021 EVO and I have absolutely zero of these problems. Bought mine new and put 8,000+ miles on it. Been nothing but awesome.

@@esthetics4512 I don’t have them actually. I find myself constantly turning the music down to listen to the car anyways. If you want sound and bass that you can actually hear and enjoy you ought to look for a different car. The exhaust in the fun mode is loud enough to drown out anything you’ve got playing anyhow. For what it’s worth, I have the Bose system in my Porsche and it’s great on the long trips.

Same. His issues are highly subjective and I can’t relate to any of them. 100% first world problems. This guy complains more than a Karen at Walmart. Get a Maybach if you’re looking for car to conduct business in and take phone calls lol. This is a raw, pure, loud race car! Leave the luxuries in your Taycan. 1. Dont scrape your car… face palm 2. Who TF takes lengthy business phone calls while in a Lamborghini? Face palm. 3. Dont speed and let your friends take your car out - then you wont have any problems. Face palm. Lol what an annoying child… And please never laugh like that ever again…

@@SuperEman500 yeah but why would you wanna? With that money, I'd get like a nice Land Rover or something for the daily. Million times more comfortable, easy to get around in cities, parking lots, etc. But yeah you definitely can. It would sure beat driving my Intrepid lol.

Some of the best sports cars to have in the north in winter climates are the 911 4S and the AWD huracan. I lived in St. Louis MO for many years and I was so frustrated driving a cayman S. I had to take public transportation or risk sliding around and getting stuck. It was a horrible feeling. I remember one day I was at work staring out a window literally feeling like crying because I was so frustrated with the winter situation in my car. A C4S flew right by me, overtook all the cars and bobbed and weaved its way through all the people driving cautiously and threw snow up all over everyone and took a sharp right turn and disappeared. I called my pops and said I know what car I need. Now I have a performante with awd and with the electronics being so hi tech it’s ten times better than the cayman

Here are some other issues I find with a Lambo… they only have 2 seats and 2 doors, the car is way too fast, and worst of all, I get way too many hot young women with large breasts trying to sleep with me.

so let me get this straight, the car isnt good because of the scratches on the bottom of the car that nobody cares about, the turning signals that HE IS NOT USED TO BECAUSE he drives other cars, he mentioned that you cant view the map on the huracan when you literally can its just you have to use a USB on it, and the only real thing bad about it are the speakers. bad speakers is the only thing that is bad about it, everybody else you mentioned is completely irrelevant.

I really disliked the video since he literally forgot the lambo is a super sports car and really minds about CarPlay even though it can be used with a usb? Like just use the phone or buy a stand for it you can still connect the Bluetooth for music, the things he’s talking about are so stupid, if these things are annoying just buy a tesla like?

I have a 2021 RWD EVO. The Infotainment, volume control, turn signals, counterintuitive window operation, are all a minor pain in the ass, but you do get used to them and learn to live with them.. but I get we're all different in how much significance we place upon these issues. In regards to ground clearance at the front, even with front axle lift, that's a potential issue which is country specific. No problem here in the UK. The fact you can use axle lift up to 45 mph is a real plus point. The fact you can't have the damper settings in their softer setting in Sport / Corsa mode is annoying. But.... The way it sounds in sport or Corsa, the way it makes you feel, the way it looks, for me at least, make me forget the negative aspects. Not to mention the fact that someone at 6ft 3" tall can fit in the coupe Huracan EVO! The Spyder.. not a chance... I'm happy I cancelled my 992 Turbo order to get this instead, the Turbo being a stepping stone on the way to getting a 992 GT3. There are of course more reasons for my personal decision, but the fact is I wouldn't consider a new 911 again now. However, I'm assuming that the quality of roads in the US are better than those in the UK which would possibly account for some of your praise of the GT3. Here in the UK the GT3 has received some less than favourable reviews (most notably from "Harry's garage".. Harry Metcalfe who started EVO car magazine in the UK many years ago and is one of the most, if not THE most, respected motoring journalist) based on the fact it has become too track focussed and less suited to the road. Bottom line, we're all different and want / expect different things from our cars and your view is just that.. it's just your view, but I respect that. You do have a nice collection of cars sir! Power to you!

I just saw a review in the UK of the new GT3. They said they like the previous version better. Which is what I have. They said the 992 may have gone too far. The RS is absurd it’s a perfect track weapon but I would never take it on the street I’d advise you to look at a 991.2 GT3 and see if that fits your style better then decide if you want to look at a 992.

Ok, so I also have a 2020 EVO, all wheel drive - your front end scraping - because you didn’t have SlipLo installed (so that ones on you) - the car also needs a full Xpel PPF wrap (no rock chips) and Dynoflex to protect the windshield. Yes, you can use maps and etc. but need to plug into with a usb cable (plug between seats) use Waze and etc all the time. Yes, the sound system (even with the Sensonum upgrade) sucks. Green always a gorgeous head turner on Lambo and never meant to be a daily.

I’m glad you made this video. I’ve had GT3s my whole sports car life. I was thinking of trading it to a Huracan. Currently I have a 991.2 GT3 and it has lots of storage space for weekend trips. I think I’ll keep it The interfaces blue tooth maps everything are perfect in the Porsche. I have the base stereo and it’s fine but I’d rather listen to the motor. And it sounds better accelerating

I agree with a lot of what he said but it is truly important to keep in mind that the Evo is more of a track based car but again he's right there will be some people that will drive it on the road I understand that but that version of that car is not necessarily meant to be a daily driver that being said they could have made the necessary improvements to where it would have been more user friendly and functional when you pay a lot of money for a car there's no excuse not to get top notch everything and this day and age to get your money's worth is the least you should expect

Urus will solve all the problems you mentioned, plus you can carry more friends in style, without the V10 roar though. but an aftermarket exhaust will fix the problem.

I have the same car in a 2020 Spyder and agree with everything you say, particularly the turn signaling. After having given up my Aventador, I miss the swing doors. Surprised you did not mention the side room needed to open the doors with a car next to you. Overall though, like you said, I forget all that with this over-powered go kart. Very fun to drive!!!

@@CivilZain Although a great car with V-12 and great sound with factory race exhaust, it had too many glitches for me similar to the Murcielago. Maintenance was outrageous and had to ferry the car to Atlanta for anything. Had it 3 years.

Thanks for making this video! The Evo definitely wasn't made for Utah parking lots, individuals with hypoesthesia, and business calls. To truly appreciate any Huracan (Evo, STO, of Perf) it needs to be experienced at a real track, with a coach, and pushed to the limit. Are you friends with the guys that shred Lamborghinis and G wagons?

But kudos to you for actually driving the EVO and not placing it on a pedestal as some sort of Garage Queen. Enjoy the attributes, and accept the flaws as an integral component of Lamborghini ownership.

Last comment I promise: They’re amazing machines, you just can’t drive them for what they’re designer for unless you live in Germany. 10,000 horsepower when you can only realistically drive it 90mph for 5 seconds on the highway if your lucky and don’t get pulled over or someone calls the cops.

Lamborghini should take your points into consideration and maybe make a daily driver type of Lambo. They could make one with a more lifted body and integrate all those features you mention like the turn signal and window buttons. They just released that lambo for offroad use, so it wouldn't be to much for them to make a super cool daily driver with more height and better rear visibility.

Why would you want the manual GT3? Seriously I’ve owned 3 GT3s and the in the manual is the weak point of them. Why? The GT3 has a high revving motor. There’s not much torque down low. If you’re on the track or the street and you make a mistake in shifting you have no power to accelerate. You’ll spend 2-3 laps making up for a wrong gear or missed shift. A GT3 is a track weapon you can easily drive on the street or as a daily. Why would you want the manual which is .5 seconds SLOWER to 60!! I don’t understand this at all. You want a very fast car but yet you choose the model that’s slower than a 991.1 GT3. Because you like rowing the gears? Even the Cup cars have sequential trannys for faster shifting. The PDK solves the only weak point in the GT3. It’s so fast it’s just amazing. Here’s a perfect example of why the manual SUCKS . I had a 997.1 GT3. I sold it because I felt the credit crash coming. I was afraid to jump all four feet back in the GT3 market but Porsche was giving incentives in 2009. So I bought a 997.2 911S with the first PDK. When we all met back at the track, I was passing 997.1 GT3s like I was an Andretti. The 997.2 regular 911 was faster than the previous GT3. That’s how much an advantage the PDK is. What your doing is like buying a hellcat and putting 13” rims on it. If you’re going to waste your $300,000 on a manual GT3, buy a older 911 that will hold its value better in the very long run. Say an 89 930 turbo. Or a 996 gt2? At least you’ll have an excuse for being slow

I have a 2022 Evo Spyder. LOVE IT!! stereo is good but the real music is the engine…steering wheel buttons could be better but I don’t care. This is car has the drama, sound, performance, and looks in spades. Just sold a GT3 touring manual which I loved too but wanted a spyder. You need the axel lift on this car. Super comfortable ride. Way better than GT3.

If you got the evo with the Sensonum sound system, it would sound a lot better. I never turned my radio on when I drove mine… I Bought it for the V10 sound. I also traded a GT3 on my lambo. The GT3 is a great car (having owned 5 911’s from GT3’s to turbo s…) the 911 is boring compared to it. I had apple car play on mine, but sure why you don’t have it on yours. I would check on maybe doing a software upgrade. Beautiful color.

I understand some critiques of the sensonum, but I’m not sure why it gets so much hate. I think it’s perfectly fine. The B&O in my rs7 is definitely better (and the Meridian in my wife’s Land Rover is dogshit) but overall I’ve been pleased with the Evo speaker upgrade

Speakers are the only thing that sucks on that car its why I’m im really considering an R8 but then I think aftermarket can fix the speaker issue but then people tearing open a lambo not to comfortable with that

You should have tried 2020-21 Acura NSX. ABSOLUTELY EASY TO DRIVE. It will not bleed your pocket too. Highly advanced technology yet its like butter.

Motorcycles have the same of using the turn signals. Never hear anyone complain about it. It’s different but it’s not any type of disadvantage unless you are physically disabled but honestly how many Lambos do you see with handicapped tags?

Porsche is the best option for a first super-car, very user friendly and easy to control, ferrari is great as well a couple thing or two to get used to but not difficult to control like a McLaren or an Aston Martin

I own an evo, never owned an R8 but I did a 4 day rally in one. R8 pros: comfort, price, sound system. Lambo pros: it’s fucking badass. In another comment you mentioned the sound system, if that’s really a top priority then you may be happier with the R8

Lambo sucks honestly if you want it daily use but you don’t buy it for the daily use of it. You buy it for the v10, attention and the looks. All the points you are stating are correct though. What’s even more funny is the GT3 and the evo are just over priced VW’s lol. I have a Huracan but is a 2017 and the tech is like 30 years in car years. The evo got a little better but not much. If you could only have 1 car GT3 all day long but if you can afford both then you need a lambo in the fleet and a GT3. The evo is so small in side and very uncomfortable until you find your sweet spot but still not comfortable. Head lights are useless unless you have them on high beams but even then they are just ok. You need scraper armor for that front bumper and then you won’t car as much if the front bumper hits.

Whoever is daily driving ANY exotic sports car and expects comfort, bought the wrong car. And he is an example. I, too, have a Huracan but I dont care about the tech like you guys do. I just want my driving modes and bluetooth. IDGAF about Car Play lol. I dont have a problem with scraping b/c well…i dont scrape lol. Isnt everything overpriced? Lexus is an overpriced Toyota. So what?? We test drive these cars to make sure they check the boxes before we drop tons of money on them. We work hard to afford these cars. But to sit here and complain about very subjective and opinionated stuff (bc it doesnt doesnt fit his needs) and imply that Lamborghini is crap, stupid, horrible is just childish and unreasonable. Look at him: He’s complaining about scraping lol. Hes complaining about not being able to take quite/comfortable phone calls in a race car lol. He’s complaining about how he doesnt want to speed b/c the car is too loud (audibly & visually). He’s complaining that his left thumb and brain just cant get used to something new (aka a turn signal switch). LOL!
