Hi - thanks for posting this! I think you’re wise beyond your 29 years. I would add a few things to consider- It’s not just being physically fit - gotta be mentally/emotionally fit. Therapy is really great for this - you don’t need to have a “thing” to ask for help. If you can get to a place for yourself where you don’t “need” anything (I’m not talking about material things), it’s just a much better way to live (I say that from my own experience). Stay humble, take responsibility, hold yourself accountable, live in the moment instead of always looking to the future, don’t beat yourself up if you don’t always feel accomplished - it’s ok. Learn from it and move forward knowing sometimes you move backwards to move forward. Life’s a journey - soak it in! :) Thanks again for your content

That analogy with you do whatever your boss asks/ teacher, but when you yourself wants to do something, you're lazy and procrastinate was gold man. I've been stuck in a 9-5 for the last 5 years, hate it, not enough money and the job itself sucks. I have a plan to change jobs and pursue an electrician's career, but have been putting it off. It's time to make a non negotiable contract with myself 🤝
