@@AngloSaks666 The divorce rate in Russia is the same as in the US and is only 0.1% higher per 1000 people. At the same time, the average divorce rate is about the same in all industrialized countries of the world and is lower only in countries with agricultural industry. I think you just don't understand what the word "family values" means, so you just repeat CNN. Yes, I saw the report about the "terrible divorce rate in Russia" and I know where it came from. 😆
@@AngloSaks666there are some problems with these statements. Regarding crime rate, it's very important what is reported. I don't know much about that, but I heard that in the West it's meaningless to report "small" crimes. Not all crimes are equal and there is nuance hidden behind straightforward crime rate metric. Regarding access to information and discourse, your statement assumes that platform for that discussion is unbiased. That is not the case, and was basically never the case. There is no reason for government to engage in an obviously losing battle. Everything said will be taken out of context, distorted, and copy-pasted all over the place, creating a flood of misleading information. I would assume at least third of people that keep using restricted platforms are familiar with said biases and reasons for restriction. While I was typing last paragraph I remembered a certain crime that happened almost 2 years ago (end of September), for which everyone knows the perpetrator, but no one dares to officially investigate. The west is morally bankrupted, because there as been an attack on the church for the last 100 years. The question is why?
Totally agree, I spend 6 months per year in Moscow...from May to October. I'm from Western Europe and the situation there is deteriorating every year, it has become impossible to afford a home in a decent neighborhood despite working 8-9 hours per day in highly stressful professional jobs. Everybody is so stressed out and burnout from working like crazy and as a result of it they're mean spirited and also sick. The % of chronic illness is skyrocketing. If you need a medical exam or a surgery you need to wait months or years...and they call that public health care? How is it even a healthcare if I'm forced to wait one year to get a doctor appointment or a surgery? The quality of food is so bad it's crazy...in supermarkets it's full of GMO foods, processed foods with toxic chemicals and fruits and vegetables full of pesticides, herbicides ecc....no wonder people get sick like never before in history, they're literally getting poisoned without being aware. You can save yourself only if you go to farmers' market, buy organic and check every label. Crime and immigration are enormous problems, there are entire neighborhoods that you can't walk safely as an adult...let alone for a frail old person or children. And at night you never know what it might happen....criminals are taken into custody (when they do get taken) and then released immediately afterward. All decent neighborhoods that are less impacted by illegal immigration and skyrocketing crime are completely unaffordable and only multi-millionaires can live there. Relationships between men are women are mostly toxic these days....the "gender neutrality" propaganda have created a genderless mess where nobody is deeply attracted to the other sex anymore because they destroyed the masculine and feminine polarity. Everybody is casual dating each other and losing attraction a couple months later and then trying the next one...rinse and repeat. Nowadays the majority of children grow up in divorced families, it has become a luxury for children to grow up in a loving family with two parents that stay together. How can you even get married and start a family in an environment like this? The LGBT mafia is everywhere and they push it down your throat to you 24/7 non stop, they're relentless....even if you don't have anything against it, it's the constant push that make you against it. All those rainbow flags everywhere, children getting forcibly brainwashed by it in schools, it's everywhere in movies, tv series, books, ecc. It has become a cult and nobody realize it. You can't even criticize it anymore without being labeled as a fascist or homophobe...they live in a dystopian world where nothing can be criticized anymore and censorship is enforced. Then you have the diversity hiring quotas that destroyed meritocracy especially for the white, straight men. Now every company must have a given number of employees that MUST be LGBT, ethnic minorities or women even if there are other people that are way more qualified for that position. Where is meritocracy? A society without meritocracy can only collapse. And then the incessant propaganda in the mainstream media and newspapers, the eco-mafia idiots (btw I support the environment but not the Greta Thunberg kind of idiots), the skyrocketing prices and inflation, the crazy amount of taxes where you have to give 50% or more of what you earn to the State that will use it to steal, finance wars and for welfare to illegal migrants. Everything is so bad that you can't be optimistic about the future. Russia does have some problems most of which originated from the 90s where State enterprises were sold for peanuts to a group of Western backed/loving oligarchs that literally stole national resources to enrich themselves and then spend this money earned in Russia abroad supporting foreign economies with Russia's money but there is common sense here, the culture is better here, children are happier here despite the stereotypes that originate through Hollywood propaganda. And a good culture is the backbone for a good economy. When the culture deteriorates the economy will follow suit eventually and that's why I left Western Europe. The good years of the West ended a decade ago and it will only get worse from here going forward....historically cultural degradation always brought the end of empires/countries.

Imagine the Kremlin, the northern wall, the memorial of eternal flame at the grave of the unknown soldier. There are always a lot of people there. And suddenly, when I approach the memorial, I realize that most likely an event is being prepared. Perhaps Putin will come to lay flowers or something else. And for security reasons, they had to push the crowd back twenty meters. Do you know how they pushed back the crowd? They did not fence the memorial with a chain, they did not fence the memorial with police tape. They just put female police officers in uniform in a chain around the memorial. They weren't standing shoulder to shoulder, there were ten meters between them. Just the women from the police office, no bulletproof vests, blue skirt, white blouse, office uniform, They did not shout "passage is prohibited." They just formed an invisible boundary, and no one crossed that boundary. Law and order in the highest form.

Now, the program standards have been ‘dumbed down’ to give the impression that all students meet requirements. The whole education system needs to be overhauled and standards need to be raised so that students actually come out of school with more than just a diploma and barely minimum achievements. Even our colleges and universities have lowered admission standards. I wouldn’t mind being a tutor. In 1938 at the Swiss publishing house "Vita Nova" was published the book , the work of the German philosopher Walter Shubart "Europa und die Seele des Ostens"/ «Europe and the Soul of the East», dedicated to the origins of the confrontation of civilizations of Europe as the West and Russia as the East. The book broke stereotypes of Western worldview. “Russia has proved to all mankind the inconsistency of the godless culture ... and, suffering for all, is purified itself from the alien that has suffocated it for centuries... Now begins the second act of drama. The road for the awakened forces of the East...”. The European is drawn to specialization. The Russian - to holistic contemplation. The European is a dismembering analyst. The Russian is an all-reconciling synthetic. He does not seek to know more, but to understand the connection of things, to grasp the essence. The Russian is as capable as anyone - to merge poetry, science and religion; and in this - the future is behind him, and himself - the man of the future. Walter Shubart proclaims the salvation of Europe by Russia and the “birth of Western-Eastern world culture». Shubart’s book is a fascinating essay about the national characters of the world’s leading peoples. Although the main thing for the author is the forthcoming transformation of mankind and the saving mission of the «healing Russian soul”. “The Englishman looks at the world as his own enterprise, the Frenchman - as a salon, the German - as a barracks. The Russian looks at the surrounding world as the Divine Temple. The Englishman craves prey, the Frenchman for glory, the German for power, the Russian for sacrifice. For the Russian life is a sacrifice, a life of conscience... People have forgotten that life is a sacrifice, a submission of oneself or one’s ego higher purpose, cause or principle. An Englishman wants to profit from his neighbor, a Frenchman wants to impress his neighbor, a German wants to command his neighbor, and a Russian wants nothing from him. He does not want to turn his neighbor into his means. This is the brotherhood of the Russian heart and the Russian idea. And this is the Gospel of the future. Russian all-man is the bearer of new solidarism. Promethean man is already doomed to death. The epoch of the Ioannovsky man - a man of love and freedom. Such is the future of the Russian people. The West is driven by disbelief, fear and self-love; the Russian soul is driven by faith, peace and brotherhood. That is why the future belongs to Russia... Characterizing the cultural and historical type of European and Russian man, V. Shubart uses the terms «promethean» and «gothic». The European has a «Promethean» moral constitution, which is based on the view of the world as an object, which should conquer, subdue, rebuild. Hence the eternal aggression of the West against the East, the desire of the West to «civilize» the East. The book «Europe and the Soul of the East» (1938) was included by the German Nazis in the list of «undesirable and harmful literature. It burned on Nazi ritual bonfires. I read this book in Russian translation. Shubart V. Evropa i dusha Vostoka = Europe and the soul of the East. Moskva : Russkaja ideja, 1997. 446 s. I am 71 too. Russia is to cold for my liking. I am selling up and will live in Malaysia 90 days, Thailand 60 days, Cambodia 60 days, Vietnam 60 days and Philippines for 90 days. I will repeat the process every year until I die. I can live on around £1000 per month in either of these countries. Rents, food and utilities are cheap. If one is prepared to give up the Western mindset of "I must have it now" and instead live, shop and eat like a local it is NOT expensive. Local airfares to either country are cheap by using Air Asia. Laid back lifestyle, beautiful beaches, great local food, excellent climate and wonderful people. What more does one want??
Good decision Jim! You must do what is needed to make your life more productive and enjoyable. Moscow seems to be the correct location! Best wishes and success to you! 👍👍😁😁
Very good points Jim. I know your not political but the UK has been financialised, education system hollowed out, mass immigration allowed to keep wages low,all for the owning and ruling class, to make more profits. social programmes are being defunded , nhs defunded it has more people to look after with less money. It will be privatised soon. less police, no council housing.the list goes on and on.look at the US and see the UK is exactly the same just a smaller version. we are 100% a satalite of the US. The new PM was chosen for the people by the the US, the elites the media. He is a CIA/MI5 stooge .the UK privatised all public transport, so no investment only profits for share holders. The UK is Broke .no money for anything or its people but plenty billions for wars and supporting fascists in Ukraine, Israel etc.you name it and the UK is funding and supporting fascist around the world.Any government thats for its people, to lift them up, give them a better deal, keep their resouces for their own people then the UK is against this including a good deal for its own people. The lies and propaganda the people of the UK are fed by the BBC, ITV, SKY is criminal. The western elites have had it all their way for far too long.capitalism is failing. when this happens they take us to war.cause mayhem, destruction , devide and conquer around the world to keep their power.Hopefully the working people will wake up. The other reason for moving to Russia you forgot to mention is the good looking slim women! Baby elephants belong in India and Africa not the hi street!. Oops.
Sam, its enough, hi said that in Moscow. If you want I can send you a video of my countryside roads in Belgorod region, youre will be surprised, in the lost
Eastern European living in uk since 2003...everything u said about life in uk is true....this country is going down the drain with corrupt politic class, pure muppets....wish i was younger ...gl mate and u got a new sub
I agree with you completely and would add that the same things could be said about moving out of the USA. Last year I moved from Torrance California to Nagoya Japan. Besides the income tax, I was paying over $8K per year for property tax. For what? Crime and schools that brainwash your kids. the cost of living here in Japan is much less, and the medical care is much better and more convenient. Here, the transportation system is very efficient, and as a senior I have a bus and train pass that cost almost nothing. Everything is clean and beautiful. What's even more important to me is the feeling of being in a place where people love their own country. In America, you get the feeling that half of the people hate the other half--and vice versa. The mainstream news is basically just propaganda, and irrational people who know nothing about history are easily convinced that we need to promote wars all over the world because other countries want to control the world and take away our democracy. It is lunatic paranoia in the USA--promoted by the military industrial complex and swallowed hook, line, and sinker by the public. It's not only the UK and Europe that are finished, but the USA is also done. I only hope the Japanese government will manage to distance themselves from the USA before the alliance does the same sort of harm here that it did in Ukraine. I think it was Henry Kissinger who said, "It's dangerous to be America's enemy, but it's fatal to be their friend."
Vancouver not too far behind. And the sad part is that people keep voting for all these lefties who make things worse, and worse, and worse! Fall of 2025 can't come soon enough...
Hi Jim, Great video , couldn't put it any better... I moved to Australia from Scotland as a young guy in the 80's to a fantastic country and now unfortunately it is going the same way as the UK , a woke out of control, expensive basket case... Over the past 6 years I have been coming to Russia mostly for work, its never disappointed and I am always sad to leave for the exact reasons you state along with the culture and people. So may of my educated friends have no clue how great it is as they fall for the western propaganda BS... keep up the great work, I love your videos, natural talent.... cheers.
@joanneburford6364 you must be one of those woke idiots who were hating on anyone who didn't to subscribe to the media/government induced mass panic co vid hysteria, one of Daniel Andrews civil service plebs??? Australia was great 20 years ago, I'm glad I escaped that gynocentric woke hell hole.
I remember a couple of years ago in London, two of my clients from Scotland asked me where I was from, and I replied that I was from Russia, they both hugged me and said we foreigners should stick together. In England, even the Scots feel like foreigners
I screenshot & sent your comment to my Scottish friends, including my best friend, and my uncle who all live on the south coast of England. Anti English Scots not welcome. We embrace all Brits.
"In England, even the Scots feel like foreigners" Absolute nonsense. If anything, it's English people in Scotland who are treated like foreigners. Scottish nationalists are even open about it.
You are a part of the problem when leaving a vacancy in your country for foreigners to occupy when deciding to abandon the motherland for invaders, when deciding not to stand up and fight I wonder why all those ancestors died for nothing
I spent many years in China and it was exactly the same. Safe, well policed and a good quality of living. I laugh when I read main stream media articles of how good life in the west is and everywhere else is terrible.
For the same 5 reasons I want to leave India and move to Russia. All of the western degeneracy is here in India and its only rising every year. I wish i could move to Russia.
I’m a Brit who lived in Moscow from 2011-2018. Honestly, when you say everything just works - have you been to the post office yet? There’s also a level of corruption that you just won’t find in the UK, and you’re unlikely to get a fair trial in the legal system. Businesses are also really tough to run without paying bribes. Having said that, I’m sure you’ll enjoy your time out there. 🎉
I moved from South Africa to the UK about 5 years ago. I have no complaints. It's safe, clean, it works, I find police presence everywhere and I live in the South West in a moderately sized town. Compared to SA, this is heaven. I work, pay tax in the highest bracket and aside from dentists, cant complain about the NHS. Can't speak for Russia though, it does look idealic.
A very good and accurate report mate 👍🏼 I left London 27 years ago to make a new life in Moscow and can confirm that everything you have said is 100% true.
One of the many reasons why I’m leaving Canada to live in Russia is cuz I can’t find a job here as a 20 year old it should be easy to find a job in retail in the food service industry and as a cashier but all those jobs are taken by foreigners and specifically one demographic of foreigners, because all those companies pay those foreigners a lower wage than born Canadians are willing to take for example, they pay the foreigner $8 when Canadian minimum wage is $16.55 so a lot of companies are hiring them, and as a white person I get discriminated and I don’t get hired cuz they prefer them. For the last 6 months I’ve found nothing and no one is gonna help me here but over there I have stuff lined up for me I’ve got family over there to fall back on. If something goes wrong but here in Canada, you’re by yourself
@@user-uj1bb1tw3c no? My family is from there so we’re basically going back home and I won’t be working in a retail space I’ll be working for myself after I complete a course
Russia is not the only option ! It is not a dreamland. If it was a good option the Russians living in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania would move back to Russia. They do not do that because they know what their life would be like in Russia.
Well the blame lays by Zionist infiltration into UK Government and making wars in Mid east and stealing from African Governments. Then allowing illegal immigration into these Countries

I’m new to your channel and a little confused……where are the crowds of people? Where are the choked roadways? Are you filming before everything opens 😄? …..👋🏻Hello from Tucson, Arizona, USA 🌵🇺🇸
It's a middle of weekday, most of Moscow population are at work in offices, this place is packed after 6 PM and all day during weekend and national holidays
We do have all this. But the author was filming, as you can see, on a Moscow River's embankment and then in a park, these are recreational areas which are not so crowded as subway or highways.
BTW. You forgot to mention something.. I don't know about Scotland, but here in England I very rarely see white people(I'm near Birmingham).. That's the reason number 6 to move to Russia! 😅❤
notice how they all relocate to moscow.. you never see them go anywhere else.. look up what the average salary and the standard of living is for all regions, that is the real truth of russia.
Subtract cost of accommodation, food + insurance from average salary and see how much you get left with. You can earn £50k a year in London and struggle if you're not still living with your parents. It doesn't matter if your salary is £12k a year if accommodation costs £2k a year, taxes are 16% and petrol is £1.50 a gallon. What matters is what you can do with your money, how much you can save and what size of accommodation you can afford to live comfortably in.
Im living in Manchester more than 1 year but im from Crimea. What ive seen its so dirty, many drunks, homeles, VERY high cost of rent appartement (I have a good salary), you must pay taxes for all cheap goods you bought abroad or FROM Dublin (same country!!!) for example and many others. A council tax - its another question. You must pay around 200p per month for a garbage around your house. We are thinking to move out from the UK to Czech Republik or Russia, or some Eastern Europe country

It does if you have a skill as it makes the collapse come all the quicker. Why stay in the UK and have your money stolen by the government and handed to those who boast they have never worked and have no intention of ever working? Why choose to be a mug?

US person here. I am a generally conservative Christian person. I live in crazy California. For years now, I’ve been telling people that our “divide” is not Republican versus Democrat. It’s Democrat policies in all of our cities leading to social disorder. Social disorder versus order. The Left has taken over nearly all government institutions except for the Supreme Court. Hence, why the Left is going insane on that. If you come to the US and don’t go to the cities, you’ll see quiet, orderly, safe,, decent schools, etc. All across the country. I know people that live in towns where they leave their car keys in their cars.

Also there was Mikhail Bogdanovich, Prince Barclay de Tolly who was a well know Russian Army General. His family originally came from Scotland although it was several generations before.
