I can accept cash at my ghost restaurant, no dining room is no problem I have a small neighborhood park right across the street with seating and ramadas. I have very little overhead, employees, no dine in, no commercial kitchen rental my lease is zero except for $750 mortgage I pay already. Food truck average profit is 6.9 percent and mine is at least twice that. I make around $4,000 to $6,000 a month profit, not huge but just one of my many streams of income.
