Good to hear your doing better. Good times always follow darker times. No one’s lives are perfect. I had a bad few months this year but I’m doing better again recently.

I don't think that is such a weird thought, stabbing your hand I mean, unless it is on a loop running all day for days on end. There are times, when I feel really stuck and can't see a positive way to change my circumstances, I have had that type of thought, I guess going out into an open field and screaming at the top of my lungs would help, but I don't have one nearby. You do sound pretty good, and your body language seems rather relaxed. And yes, this is a very hard time of year for so many people. I prefer to concentrate on the New Year, and figuring out a few goals. Not saying that I manage to achieve them, but I think it's worthwhile.

I’d love to go to a field and scream too. That could be a good video idea. I’ve had some anxious nights at times but I am feeling relatively calm which has been a relief. Goals are definitely important, RU-vid has been great for giving me some purpose.

Thanks for doing these and sharing your story!! A day in the life video would be great! And maybe wait till 2023 to start the Effexor, especially if you’re feeling pretty good as you are. Anyway best wishes to ya❤

I gotta say I’m 51 and I’ve never hated life more. It never stops. It’s just an endless series of obstacles and headaches and frankly it’s not worth it. Life is not worth it. The only reason I stay living is I have a mother a son and a spouse. Without those I’d jump off the nearest bridge! I still might!

@@gts447 thank you for watching and commenting. It’s always good to see you here :) It’s honestly so awful having to deal with the suffering that mental illness causes. I know there’s nothing I can really say to change how you feel because I feel similar and life feels pointless. I guess we both somehow need to keep going for as long as we can.

@@gts447 Hey, I totally get what you have said. I also think these feelings do feel worse in our 50s....also I'm so tired now.

I really look forward to these videos of you just sitting and talking moreso than the shorts. It's nice to listen to what you have to say. I want to encourage you to think about what the meaning of life is and why we're here, what things mean on a deeper level. It can get the gears turning in your mind instead of watching TV or movies or reading things. I will say be careful doing this because it gets very depressing thinking about existence. I do that alot these days, especially at night laying in bed staring at the ceiling having a conversation with myself for hours. I do this too while walking outside, except while walking I daydream. Anyways I'm happy to hear your panic attacks minimized lately. I saw a really good video about psychology and how that big world is kind of a psyop. You might find it interesting, I sure did. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ottFoYRlLBM.html

Thank you. I’ll try and keep making more regular talking videos. I’ve got a list of video ideas/suggestions so I’ve added yours to it. I’ll get thinking about what I have to say about that topic, it’s a good one. I hope you’re still doing okay 💙
