I have loved everything you do with yoga and how you share it with us since the first time I saw a video of you on facebook. Honestly, when I saw how many views your video had I shook, how doesn’t she have 1 million views? Not because it’d give you more “fame”, but because people should SERIOUSLY SEE MORE of what you transmit, the true positive energy, the vibes of loving yourself, the world, you’re amazing!

Yoga is so beautiful, it is so great she can advance her practice like this. My Asana practice has become so connected to trauma that I don’t often practice to feel good anymore.. just to feel like I used to before Yoga became a competition

Watching this I feel so excited to roll off my mat and start practising. Even though every morning my stomach résists and makes me just skip the practice just eat and leave home. But this vidéo made me so excited... Im looking forward to tomorrow morning. Thx laruga

Hey Umut, I suspect that it's not your stomach but it's your limbic system, in a sense that our emotions have control over us. However, practicing yoga helps one to learn to discipline himself and, therefore, to attain control over the cortex and from there over emotions! Hope you are doing great and never skip a yoga practice because of a meal!

You can't match her grace because she's professional dancer or she's a gymnast because I have never seen anybody do that kind of yoga in my 40 Years of practicing yoga so yoga is centering grounding and not a show-off it's an inward Journey and your body has all kinds of shapes and some limitations but the journey is Inward and profound so don't compare yourself to someone who has practiced gymnastics or some other skill so she's flexible and lithe namaste

How long ? How many years of practice before you could do all those moves that look absolutely impossible from my perspective? How do I get to that level ?
