Bro, being in IT, you can't fix your company or location for long. There is no question of loyalty for both employee and employer. The key is to adapt to new things. As long as you are financially independent, take a break every 10 years, if possible change to a completely new field or job.

This is not the decision that you took just 3 or 4 months back. This should have been taken by you when you built this house and moved or even before that... I remember you saying in one of the asset purchase videos that you wanted to settle here and you have some long term plans... Good if your plans are great and it turns out as you expected... Would have been great if you had tried those plans while in work... But if you say that you planned for a permanent WFH option and your company disappointed you then I wouldn't agree. Permanent WFH cannot be an option in any work including IT. When we are in IT we should always plan to live near the city that has got options to work. For example Coimbatore can be an option. Also when bringing up family it is super important to make sure that the place we live in has got all the facilities like good hospitals, schools, avenues to spend time, infrastructure etc., Though people like us comment, we do not have any rights to define how you have to live your life. It is up to you to choose and live. Just wanted to share thoughts that might help. All the best.

I worked as a teacher for 4 years before that I have taken tution for more than 300 students in 5 years (my pg studies time) after 9 years I took break even in corona I worked and I started my business in corona time not for my family they don't need my help bcz my father was govt employee now retired but i kept my self so busy I don't know why I'm switching my career to business analyst now 6 month I don't have job bcz I'm in depression state now personal issues so I need time to take care of my self still I'm pushing my self to do day to day work but.............. Can't but I'll try for me it's all depends on mental health
