Hi Shankar, am also a IT employee,.. How can u use office laptop for personal use like RU-vid video editing??? Is it allowed as per ur office policy? Though u had 3 months of notice period u can keep searching for other jobs in notice period know... Companies will give top priorities to the employees who r in notice period that is actually plus point... If u really don't like IT work then that's fine to not looking other companies but u didn't say in that manner... Think wisely

Cleaning using rotavator is good but the problem is Coimbatore chedi’s seed will grow very fast immediately after rain again. Then you have to do the process again. Instead, Rainy season starting la coconut farm la horse gram seed vaangi vedhaichu ulavu ootuna, Coimbatore chedi um control aagum and kollu chedi nalla valarum. No need to irrigate horse gram plant, it will grow with minimum water. We tried this technique to control Coimbatore chedi in our coconut farm.
