It finally makes sense why you began showing your face on Watchfinder. You were getting us accustomed to seeing you on both Watchfinder and AMW for a seamless transition for the viewers. Very sharp.

I’m not worried. You’ll get more subscribers than watchfinder in no time. You’re the only reason I watched it. Mark my words!.

You are the reason I got into watches, full stop. It was your sharp insight into the history, visual design and manufacturing of what makes iconic watches iconic, with the best storytelling writing I’ve seen anywhere (I make my staff watch your videos so they can learn effective communication). I don’t see any other channel doing that and hope you can continue that here.

I always tuned into Watchfiinder because of YOU Andrew and with your new channel, its made it more personalised which is great. There isn't, and have never been, anyone like you. Your brilliant and often both sarcastic and ironic commentaries are a joy to listen to. Sometimes I even forget I've started a video for the watches and lose myself on something funny and witty you've said. Pop culture references, movies, even philosophy, all highly entertaining and smart. Congrats!

I wish you all the best Andrew, I’ve always enjoyed your watch finder videos and surprised you’ve not ventured out on your own earlier. As a side note, I have a friend who lives in La Chaux du Fonds, and I was very lucky some years ago when I went to visit my friend that while we were drinking in one of the local hostelries he called over a friend who was the boss of GP (Girard Perregaux). The following day I had a personalized tour of GP’s manufacturing facilities. What an experience. I.ll never forget it.

So happy to be a witness on this new journey you have embarked on. I know you'll do great. All I have to add is maybe go easy on the soft filter on the videos. One of the reasons watch finder stood out from the rest of the watch channels was how vivid and clear the videos are. When you are showcasing products with little parts, clarity and sharpness goes a long way to highlight the details and workmanship that went into said products.

You have a very special talent and I am glad to see that you are breaking out on your own and betting on yourself. I made a similar move about 20 years ago and while the path has been rocky with steep ups and downs, I look back and am so glad I bet on myself. Andrew, you are one of the reasons I started my career in watches and jewelry. I have a profound interest in horology and heritage of watch brands, thanks to you. Your videos are infinitely inspiring. Everytime I am presenting a timepiece to a client, or just talking about watches on a regular basis, I try to copy your verbatim/comedy/excellence into every conversation. Being an employee under the Watches of Switzerland corporation, I have access to a plethora of knowledge and product, but much of it does not compare to your channel 😉. I am also going to Watches and Wonders in Geneva, in April this year, so If you are also planning on doing something there, I would be more than happy to have more details!
