Well, what can I say, buddy. You're doing great! I'm already 52 days alcohol and smoking free and I'm still hanging in there despite the hardest time of my life. Watching your videos is motivating too. So hold on!

Well, in my experience the hard thing was to stay stopped. I made 30 days, I made 45 days, I made 85 days once... I got so sick of "starting over", then I just DIDN'T DRINK. and then I was 22 months, but after some emotional pain, I drank again. Now I'm 8 months sober again... The thing is: I had some sort of "allergy to stay sober", I wasn't a drinker daily (yet), but I went downhill fast. I can say that I lost 10 years getting drunk, partying, thinking I was having a good life, until I stopt being dellusional and realized how bad I was. Alcoholism runs in my family. I'm the first one trying to do something about it. I wish you the best! 🌻

It’s ok. Don’t beat yourself up. You know the ropes. Addiction is like walking the tight wire. Cmon you have self control. You really do. It’s ok. You still are capable. We all tend to want to tinker with our mind.

Mate, no matter what happens - if you lapse or relapse - this is part of your journey (as you say) and each and every time, you gain more knowledge, experience and awareness about it and your relationship with alcohol. I still see acknowledgement, accountability and vulnerability in your videos man. That is important and imagine if your approach was void of these?! Take care of yourself.

Im actually quite scared to think that drinking will be my life to the end ..it stops now it has to and no-one needs an explanation why..

Trouble with me, I get a week into it, feel great.....then get bored so turn to the beer, as you mentioned you got to fill your time more effectively - it will click sooner or later x all the best 🙏

You can't relapse over half of the days and keep the tally running dude. Just restart.

I think that you’re substituting one addiction for the other. First and foremost you relapsed and you know that you’re an alcoholic that’s not the problem in addiction. It’s not how many times you fall down it’s whether or not you pick yourself back up. But you’re over obsession with calories And your weight and your control over what you eat and everything you do. What happens if you don’t reach these out of touch goals, will you go back to drinking again? I feel like you’re setting yourself up to fail. I think you need to focus on what makes you drink in the first placebecause frankly for me everything you’re doing is just a distraction and until you figure out why you drink it’s always gonna be a problem
