for anyone wondering, here is joey's animal list (in chronological order): - Wolf (male husky, rescued from craigslist (?) as puppy) - Storm (male husky, white, adopted from a rescue as puppy, lives w Daniel) - Lark (female husky/german shepherd mix, adopted from a rescue as puppy (?), lives w Daniel's mom) - Lark had babies, seven of them (Red, Teal, Lavender, Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue) - Moon (male husky, kept one of lark's babies-Teal) - Shadow (male husky, J&D tried to keep Lark's baby Red, but Moon & Shadow struggled with littermate syndrome so Shadow was rehomed like the others) - Sakura (black female pregnant rescue cat) (kept her) - Sakura's kittens, the zodiac litter (Gemini, Taurus, Aquarius, Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) - Azula (female foster cat, was pregnant but lost the litter) - Hen (foster mama from junkyard) - junkyard pups (Duck, Goose, Shark, Otter, Bear, Moose) - foster mama dog Roo - Roo's litter (Hare, Tiger, Bison, Panda, Raccoon, Monkey) - Daenerys (white foster mama kitty) - D's kitties, the Greek Goddess litter (Athena, Persephone, Aphrodite, Nemesis, Rhea) - took care (for a couple of days) of a mama duck and her 9 babies that wandered into his backyard and got stuck - May (foster mama husky) - May's babies, the Months litter (January, February, March, April, June, July, August, September, October, November, December) - Coco (husky foster mama pt2, false pregnancy, surrogate to Disney pups) - husky babies abandoned in box (Disney litter--Copper, Pluto, Bolt, Scar, Bruno, Darla) - Daisy (husky foster mama pt3) - Daisy's babies (flower/tree litter; Goldie, Lilly, and Daphne didn't make it; Ash, Cyprus, Oren) - Lacey/Onyx (black & white foster kitty mama) - Lacey/Onyx's kittens, gem litter (Opal, Pearl, Peridot, Flint, Mica, Jasper) - 4 blind Frenchies (Mike Wazowski, Baby Jack-Jack, Linguini, Lea Michele) - Monty had puppies, sounds like backyard breeding (12, white/Snowball-stillborn, red/Griz, yellow/Woods, orange/Buck, aqua/Huckleberry, blue/Timber, green/Bow, light pink/Winter, lime/Fern, black/Aspen, dark pink/Yarrow, purple/Twig) - Hunter (female golden retriever, kept one of Monty's babies-Yarrow) - pregnant mama pug & 7 puppies (2 stillborn); helped her through birth before transferring their care to another foster more experienced with bottle feeding bc it was a difficult litter - 5 pups from puppy mill (Skeletron, Miss Mama, Milky, Pan, Pipsqueak) *Montana/Monty (female golden retriever) is often in videos; she is Daniel's (Joey's ex) dog, but often comes to Joey doggy daycare *the babies are usually adopted by other people (other than Moon) and then renamed! some of them have instagrams and have shared their new names/stories, but I'm not including those here *I first created this list a long time ago and add to it every time Joey takes in a new animal...because I have it saved I just copy/paste it onto every (I try, but it's more like "most") animal-related video he posts, so no, it actually doesn't take a lot of my time or effort. I just like lists. Thank you to everyone who is giving thanks about the amount of effort though haha!

I would never deny any dog I owned my bed. I love to cuddle with them. My dog heads for my bed before I do at night!

I have 4 Siberian Huskies and 2 cats and they all sleep in bed with me. I prefer my pups sleep with me I sleep better. Especially my youngest husky bc we have the closest bond.

We all know Sakura exists but cats will be cats they like to be alone and do their own thing heck just cuz she’s not on camera doesn’t mean she’s not living life she’s probs happy just doing her own thing lol heck sometimes I wish I can stay sleeping upstairs away from dogs too xD

No dog in my bed. He is a licker, and its gross to me. Plus he rolls in the grass and dirt. I like my bed to be clean. The cat has run of the house. You can't keep him out of anywhere.

Aww, I love that Hunter loves Wolfie!! All your and Daniel's dogs are such sweet, good dogs (at least, from what I see in the videos haha). Honestly, I think Moon worships you and has since he was a puppy, Joey. So nice to see Ms. Sakura and her sass-talk in this. That's quite a pack of doggos downstairs for her to contend with, but that QUEEN has no fear, lol. Hopefully, Monty will teach Hunter to be a cuddler like her mama, and I'm sure she will teach her to play fetch! And yes, our pets absolutely sleep on the bed with us 💖🥰

I rescued a kitten "from a less than desirable situation two months ago." She is the most cuddly kitten I've ever known. She was the tiniest one of the litter. I had convinced myself that I wouldn't have any more animals after losing my beloved little dog in October 2022 but she was so small and thin that I just couldn't leave her there. Now I can't imagine not having her. Every animal has their own personality and way of navigating their way through relationships. I've always found that they are more interested in playing than cuddling when they're really young and tend to become closer and more open to cuddles as they reach adulthood.

My 14 year old short hair black cat jumps in the bed with us and snuggles. He wakes us up in the morning by insisting on being petted. He's a bit of a diva but I love him.

My dogs always sleep in my bed. My cats often do too.

Joey I can't believe how much Hunter looks like her mother Monty it is so hard to tell them apart now and I would like to take the time out to appreciate all the hard work that Joey does in helping out all these abandoned Dogs and Cat's as well because if you did take them into your home and help them alot of Dogs and Cat's would not have made it as I have said before not all superheroes where cape's and Joey you are a superhero thank you so so much for all the help you give all these beautiful dog's and cat's. As far as your question about having pets in bed, I literally can't sleep at all unless I'm cuddling with my cat and he purrs me to sleep! We have a nightime routine where he eats his food, then kneads on his blanket on my chest and then curls right up on my pillow with our foreheads together as we hold each other to fall into dreamland! 😽💤🥰💤💞 P.S. He does also wake me up for an early morning toy play session and snack, but its totally worth it! 😹❤️

Have you seen the diy ball catapult for dogs to do for themselves? It's cool and would be good content.

I’m lucky that my 3 rescues, a German Shepherd, Plott Hound and a Red Nose Pit allow me in their bed & on their furniture. All 3 are lap dogs btw. There is no correct size to be a lap dog.

I've always had my pets sleep with me in my bed but was told not to because of my allergies but since I just found out a year ago that I'm allergic to cats and dogs but have had my Missie with me in the bed for 12 years now I'm not about to confuse her by not letting her in the bed with me plus I love snuggling with her😊

People who don’t let their dog be on the bed are evil, especially if they don’t shed 💀

It is healthier to sleep with your pets. I literally can't sleep if my dogs aren't in the bed.

I have two cats at home. One sleeps with me at night and hangs out on the bed during the day with me and the other loves to hide under all of the covers when other people aside from the four or five who are always at the house are there. So yes I let our cats on my bed and have to wash my sheets and blanket I use once a week at least cause of all of the freaking cat fur. But they're so cute so it's ok that they're on the bed.

I have a puppy Hunter's age and your dogs get along better than mine do with a new puppy. Also so jelly cuz she won't sleep on the bed. She's content in her crate (door open)

I have two small dogs who have free reign of the house, one sleeps in the bed the other can but chooses to sleep under it and be the protector of the house. Not sure if I could do big dogs on the bed personally though. Seems like it would be uncomfortable since my little guys somehow take up enough room lol

A suggestion. Remove your necklaces at night if you have dogs sleeping with you. I know a guy who had a German Shepherd. The pooch got a leg and nails caught in the chain. And in the excitement a dog with a bit of strength can pull the chain right into your neck. ❤

My golden puppy wasn't too cuddly at Hunter's age. Now that he is an adult he is super cuddly which I love. I do wish I got my puppy cuddles but he was too wild lol.

We lasted like...about a week with our puppy sleeping in his crate at night. But then he did well snoozing in the bed with us after waking up super early and we never put him back 😅 It's been over a week. Our cat has always been allowed in our bed, because when we first took her (former roommate's cat) my husband was traveling 1-2 weeks at a time and I needed her to sleep next to me and cuddle. 🥰

I used to let my dogs on the bed, but they are both vicious shedders and I start breathing in their fur, my nose gets all stuffed up and can't sleep, so my bed is the one place that they don't go on anymore. 🙂

My bed is a family bed,me my boxer Mungo, my tuxedo cat Angus and my 86 yr old mum that has dementia, we recently lost my dad and she is afraid to sleep alone. She loves that we are all together and I wouldn't have it any other way. We all just skewtch in a double bed lol

At night, I have at least one cat sleeping with me. Usually, it's one at the foot of the bed & the other loves to sleep on my pillow next to my head.

We let our dog on the bed when we don’t have work the next day- he can disturb our sleep too much- he wants to lie right on or next to us. Luckily he’s an oodle so doesn’t shed or leave dog smells. If you’re collecting flowers or herbs it’s best to do it early morning or at night- the sun hasn’t evaporated their lovely oils (perfume/ flavour).

When I had a dog (pitbull mix), I did allow her to sleep in my bed. My date hated when I did that, so I trained her to quietly sneak off the bed when my dad woke up hahaha. Japan is awesome! I have been there three times since 2016, one of those times I was there for two years. I'm not sure where exactly you will be (or what plans you already had) but if you are flying into Tokyo and staying there for a bit (and if you have time) I do suggest taking a day trip to Kamakura, it's one of my favorite places and its gorgeous! A few more things: * 7 Elevens are EVERYWHERE (FamilyMart, MiniStop and Lawson / 100 Lawson are also good convenience stores). Convenience stores and 100 yen (hyaku en) stores will be your best friends) I highly suggest Don Quichote (Donki) for souvenirs and awesome snacks. *If you are travelling alot, I always suggest carrying a few things with you: a small umbrella, a sweatshirt or light jacket, a portable phone charger, extra cash (yen), and a water bottle. ( I also carried a small first aid kit because I'm clumsy AF and was always getting random scrapes and scratches heh) *Alot of fresh fruits and veggies are expensive... especially if they are out of season. But they are absolutely amazing! * Invest in a Suica card or a Pasmo card they are rechargeable train cards if you plan on doing alot of travelling. *Depending where you are located, it's not uncommon to see a small farm surrounded by apartment buildings. *Be polite, respect their culture and remember some basic Japanese phrases and you will be fine. If I think of other things I'll add them her XD! I hope you enjoy yourself in Japan Joey!!!

there's a legend in my family for the jazmin flowers, that supposedly all the single people in the house wont get married if they have a jazmin bush in the front of their houses and if ti is in the back then they will. I didnt belive it until my grandmother moved her bush to the back of the house and a week later my aunt went on a date with her now husband :o

Yeah… soo glad to see Sakura again. She is soo beautiful. I love black cats. My cat is black too. She just got diagnosed with Diabetes and is 15yrs old. She is declining fast. Wish I had a cat like Sakura!

My dog is a chorky (chihuahua and Yorkshire terrier mix), she sleeps in my bed every night. But she snores and it sounds like bubbles. It always scares the crap out of me because she sounds like she’s dying. (She’s very cute and loves cuddles. She’s a very well behaved dog, she’s 7 years old and 5 pounds. She is so freaking tiny and adorable. But she’s also territorial and can be somewhat aggressive.)

I had a Weimaraner named Gidget that was my soul mate...she loved to play ball like that also.
