They probably had you walk in a straight line and bop your nose to make sure you didn't have a concussion. You typically have a hard time touching your nose if you have one :) As a side note, when I had a CT scan and MRI last year, I asked them to play pop too, and whatever they played was definitely not pop haha.

"could have had a side effect of hyperactivity but they just made me really sleepy" i'm so convinced that phil has adhd because of everything about him but also bc medications having opposite effects from what they usually do to people (specifically the effects on metabolism, ie adhd meds are all stimulants) is such a common experience for people with adhd

you know what's terrifying? a neighbor of ours had this horrible burn accident and he was in such shock that he sat in the bathtub, called his wife, and asked for roast beef. he ended up dying, and the fact that you wanted toast makes me think there's a correlation

I almost passed out between two quarters of a sports game after an injury but I thought I was dying, and all I could think was about how when they got off the field after this quarter they'd just find me dead on the floor and how embarrassing that would be as a way to die!

I just went to therapy with no breakfast and very little sleep, so my body decided to shut down on the bus stop, but I drank some water and it helped
